We depart right in front of Amsterdam Central Station. In front of Central Station there are tram stops (number 13 and 17), you can see stairs leading down to the water. Our last tour (8pm or 9:30pm) finishes at Leidseplein.

I don’t think I can properly put into words just how incredible this experience was! The tour guides were so funny and hospitable as well as educational. This was our first time in Amsterdam and this was undoubtedly the best thing we did on our entire trip. I’m already planning my next trip back to Amsterdam and this is on the list again no doubt and sharing it with friends and family

This was a really nice trip. The cruise was relaxing and the staff told many interesting stories about Amsterdam. The atmosphere was great and everything was well organised. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

Maaaan this was such a unique and unforgettable experience. I was running late and wasn’t able to pick up weed. Fortunately my skipper provided a lil something to hold me over!!! That was so awesome of him. Then as we traveled through canals we saw an incredible sunset that lined up with a church and the canal. It was just perfect! Then on top of that you get a couple drinks! I’m only bummed i suck at remembering names other wise I’d give the crew a personal shoutout. But the lady and the guy were such a complementary team. Very kind and knowledgeable about canals, history and sometimes cracked a few jokes that really made me laugh. Overall I’d say don’t miss this experience in Amsterdam.
Additionally, I’d say try this as soon as you land or your first day because with all the information you get, you’ll be able to add activities or must see stops to your trip. I did it on my last day and saw a few places i wanted to check out but it was too late. Anyways cheers and thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Shoutout to Rebecca and Edwin (hopefully that was names lol) great trip , only wish it was longer that’s how good it was , was freezing so make sure to dress up nice and warm but staff handed out blankets that were greatly appreciated!

It was a nice experience, the captain and his colleague were very funny and had much knowledge about the city. The tour was 1 hour long, and my ticket included 2 drinks as well.

I needed to reschedule, if possible, but no answer from the tour operator!! So we went to the docking platform to see the operator the next day but no show, so we were unable to do the trip. It was very disappointing as it was my husband’s birthday surprise!

At one point our guide pointed out how miserable the guests on the other boats looked, it was surprisingly true for every boat we saw. Where as we where all laughing, coughing, and listening to great music!

Super chill night time cruise! Quite electric boat, very charming. Not a wild loud party boat like some. Captain pointed out the sights between navagating the narrow canals. 1st mate kept us entertained between bridges. Bravo to both!

They will not let you know if they aren't going to show up to do the tour. Waited an extra 30 minutes even. Luckily another boat was nice enough to let us join them.

Cancelled?? This Bulldog boat was NOWHERE to be found. The meet up instructions were NOT clear. No answer to my chat asking where the boat was. I am requesting a full refund as we did not find or take this cruise.

We had a disappointing experience on this boat tour. The female crew member made us feel unwelcome from the very beginning. While others were promptly served their second drink, we were overlooked entirely. Despite being the first to request a blanket, we were the last to receive one—and it was noticeably worn and tattered compared to the plush blankets given to others.
During the historical commentary, the crew member consistently faced away from us, directing her attention exclusively to other guests. On several occasions, she walked past us without a word, failed to say “excuse me,” and even kicked my shoes in the process.
Additionally, the crew seemed unaware that we understood Dutch and made unprofessional remarks about us in front of other passengers. The overall treatment we received felt exclusionary and dismissive. If this company is not welcoming to guests of color, that should be made clear beforehand.

This canal ride was the highlight of our trip! The captain was incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the entire experience both engaging and enjoyable. The ride was smooth, scenic, and filled with interesting facts and laughs along the way. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing way to see the city!
