This was a bit disappointing. The Rijksmuseum was fabulous but we couldn't take the canal cruise. The kiosk outside the museum said they couldn't honor our tickets and we needed to go to the kiosk by the Centraal Station and take the cruise from there. This was not made clear when purchasing this package. After several hours in the museum, my mobility challenged friend and I weren't able to make it Centraal so we were unable to do the cruise. Highly recommend the Rijksmuseum.

Museum great. Impossible to get info on canal cruise. We’re still here, but can’t even access prior information. Very disapointed!

Thank you for the feedback.
We are sorry that you had troubles to join the cruise. Our boats run every 30 min from 09:00 til 21:00 every day.
In order to join the cruise the guests need to bring Viator vouchers to the Tours and Tickets shop located at Damrak 26 (only a few minutes walk from Amsterdam Central Station) to schedule the time slot for the 1-hour Canal Cruise.
You can find this information in the “Before you go” section on your tickets.

Museum was great! But it was unclear that you had to make a separate reservation for boat ride and that the boat is a 30 min walk from the museum. We didn't even do the boat ride.

I appreciate the ease of booking this all in one. The boat tour couldn't be booked after the museum tour, simply because they were full, so I was glad we had another day in town, so we booked the canal ride for following morning. The Rijksmuseum was absolutely worth every penny. Go early because you'll need lots of time to see all the exhibits. Knowing what I know now, I'd do the canal tour first, then spend the rest of the day at the museum. Overall, reasonable price and no major issues .

Enjoyed the Ryks museum tremendously. The canal boat ride did not happen. When this was booked I was given the choice of where to be picked up, either Central Station or the Ryks Museum. I chose to be picked up at the Ryks Museum. Found out after we had missed the canal ride that the only pick up location was Central Station. We were kindly offered a free canal ride by another company.

The magnificent art at the Rijksmuseum was the highlight of my trip. So many beautiful art to view. It took my breath away.
I did not use the cruise part as it had to be booked at a certain place. It was too far away from the hotel in which I stayed. I absolutely loved my trip and would like to repeat it.

Is a big museum, but well worth the time, 3 to 4 hours. Then, I took the 1 hour canal cruise, it was a different experience that provides more information about Amsterdam.

convenient way to get into the museum quickly. downloaded the museum app for self-guided tour. canal tour was a great value. get drinks at the cafe near the entrance.

The Museum was fabulous, however, we could never find the location for the cruise. We thought it would be close to the museum, however, after we walked all around, we found out it was quite a distance away. We ended up missing it because we had reservations for another tour. I would just do the museum on its own and find a canal cruise. That’s closer to the museum.

The Rijksmuseum is amazing! The canal cruise was a disappointment. The audio guide was bland. There is so much to see in Amsterdam but we were on a less travelled canal area so saw a few sites but it was primarily a crowded boat taking us around the canal with little to see in the area where we took it near Anne Frank. We did the museum first then walked to 26 Damrak to be sent back to the Anne Frank loading dock - we needed to be told to go first to get our tickets to ensure a tour at the dock near Central Station - this was not clear.

I booked through on line and click on the day I want to take a tour, double checking the date and time when it went to a payment it printed it out on different date I instantly try to get in touch with tour guide and I had an issue trying to get in touch as I tried 8 times.

The museum meeting point was difficult to find and as a result we chose to enter the muesum without escort. The musum itself was well worth the visit. Likewise the criuse meeting point was diffcult tp locate and we found a different company for the cruise. A good experience. Not exactly wasted money but close.

It was easy to access the museum with our tickets. I enjoyed looking at the paintings and other items on display. I was a bit disappointed about the size of the Nachtwacht, I had seen it before and I thought it was much bigger.
I was disappointed in the lack of direction as to how to get hold of the tickets for the canal cruise. I ended up paying for a canal cruise out of my pocket and spent another 50 Euros plus.

The Rijks was fabulous and great to avoid the buying tickets line. However the canal trip attached was two trams away and then we had to find the tour office and see if any tours were available. And when we got our assigned time, it was an hour away. Then we had to wait in a line for about a half hour to board. Since it was raining it was difficult to see the buildings on the canals that were described.

The tour was a great way to get into the Rijksmuseum as it was sold out, and a cheaper way to do a canal cruise. We enjoyed the cruise and route it took, but there was a leak at our table which we had to mop up. No assistance was provided on the ship.

Easy to use web site. Tickets immediate and mobile. Museum excellant. Unfortunately the weather wasn't so nice and we were unable to do the canal tour. Noticed the canal tour was a fairly good walking distance away which also entered our decision to not go. Overall good experience.

Good value. Great option if the Rijksmuseum is sold out and the canal tour is reading and can be scheduled anytime. Just note the pick up point is near Station Central and not anywhere near the museum. But you can take the boat tour before, after or even the next day - the operators are very flexible.

We were told to contact vendor for meeting place and detail’s. Nowhere was the info on the ticket. The address given to meet was incorrect! Lucky I asked someone., The company was Tours and tickets. Then was told I had rje tickets already so we just went in. The lovers cattle tour was a fiasco. The only had space at 9pm it was also like hoarding cattle in to the boat at
