Amazing day in Yellowstone! The geothermal features were amazing! Elizabeth was our guide and she was so sweet and so knowledgeable! She took us to all the great spots! We saw lots of wildlife and a lot of geysers. She perfectly timed our old faithful experience! And we had the most ideal lunch on the Yellowstone Lake! I highly recommend this tour!

Amazing day in Yellowstone! The geothermal features were amazing! Elizabeth was our guide and she was so sweet and so knowledgeable! She took us to all the great spots! We saw lots of wildlife and a lot of geysers. She perfectly timed our old faithful experience! And we had the most ideal lunch on the Yellowstone Lake! I highly recommend this tour!

If I could give 100 stars, I would! We had an amazing time on our tour today, and our guide, Elizabeth, was phenomenal! She was so knowledgeable and took us to all the areas we wanted to see, plus some other spots she wanted to show us. We saw so much wildlife, and when our tour was over, she gave us a map and marked some more areas that she recommended that she knows we’ll like! I wish we could bring her with us on our other trips we’ll be taking into the park!

This is a tour that highlights both wildlife and the natural wonders that Yellowstone offers. Matt Macoy, our guide, was knowledgeable, personable and had a good sense of humor, which made the trip both fun and educational. It is also a small group tour (7 people on this trip) which allowed for good interaction between all of us on the trip. The combination of an experienced guide, good weather and the wonders of Yellowstone made for a memorable trip.

Our group of four had a fantastic day with Hannah, our guide. She is so knowledgeable and friendly. Yes, we had a car and could have driven ourselves, but there was so much information we wouldn’t have known without Hannah. We did a half day Lower Loop Tour. The lunch and snacks provided hit the spot, delicious. Yellowstone is a beautiful park. We are so happy we booked the tour.

Kelsey with Yellowstone safari co: was the best tour guide i / we have ever had with Viator!
Extremely knowledgeable about the park’s natural and social history, wild life, and was able to hit all the greatest sites of the park . Kelsey was very personable, friendly, and enthusiastic the entire several hours we were in the park. She loves her job and it shows! Had plenty of snacks and cold drinks (wow, the park was hot the tour day), lunch was really good and we had great picnic spot by Yellowstone river. We saw lots of wildlife (a bison swimming and a bull elk running in front of us were 2 highlights). Kelsey was very attuned to everyone’s comfort and answered all of the questions thoughtfully.
It was awesome she could give us insiders tips : where to stand to get the best unobstructed views for old faithful and the lower falls / Grand Canyon of the park. And offered to take pictures of the family at every site . Give this woman a raise!

This was our first time to the park and it was so nice to have Hannah driving, navigating and sharing information instead of doing this on our own. There were snacks and water available throughout the trip and a nice picnic lunch. The park was busy but Hannah was able to take us to all the places promised. She was very knowledgeable and attentive to our every need. The van was comfortable and roomy for us. She took us to many of her favorite places and explained why. She also gave us information of other places to visit if we returned on our own. We definitely had a great day in the park!

Got to see many wild animals and Old
Faithful but no other geysers. Saw many other hot springs
and mud pots. We were impressed with the Old Faithful Inn
and its architecture out of native logs. The gift shop was really
nice and full of wonderful things to look at and enjoy. The sack lunch
was lacking since the bread was very dry and no mayonnaise.

I had booked this tour for over 6 months & was charged only a few days before our tour date which was nice in case something came up & I received email that I can cancel at said date as a reminder. We were picked up on time at our designated area. The tour guide was very knowledgeable & took good care of us. I will book future tours via aviator again

Our guide was wonderful. We were misled about the length of the trip. We were promised 8-10 hours from west Yellowstone. There were supposed to be 11 stops . We only went to 5. They arrived half an hour late and only spent 5 1/2 hours in the park. They counted travel time picking up other customers as part of the tour. This is contrary to the description given. We missed more than half the destinations because of this. This warrants a partial refund. We are very disappointed.

It’s with noting that we are required to give a General itinerary for our Viator listing, and that we cannot guarantee a stop at every location listed. Our public trips also make clear that guides have multiple stops so to allow for some variation on pickup time. It sounds like you started and ended in West Yellowstone, which is about 6-7 hours in the Park for us.

Our visit to Yellowstone Park was beautiful. The description that you list on the website is very misleading. First of all the park entrance fee of $20 per person should be included in the total price. Further, the itinerary listed would lead you to believe that this trip would include that you would visit each site stated in your excursion itinerary during the 8-9 hour trip. The trip did not. The Park is overcrowded and delays were incurred therefore our Guide rushed us. We ate lunch on our knees while driving. This full day excursion is not worth the money you charged. Totally overpriced

It sounds like the guide was trying to make the most of your day with a lunch in the car. So you know, we do not include the Park fees on any of our tours, so guests can choose what kind of pass they want to purchase and that money goes directly to the Park. We have no control over the visitation in the Park and the guides work very hard to get our guests to as many sights as possible.
