The guide was informative and it was enjoyable. He explained exactly what areas of interest were coming up. We had plenty of time to decide whether we wanted to stop. If we hadn’t purchased the audio guided tour I am sure there were many beautiful sights we would have missed if we had not had the tour. We could go at our own pace which we liked because my husband and I are 65. Highly recommend this tour!!

We see that you redeemed your voucher code correctly but didn’t sign in to the GuideAlong app with the same Google account that you used to redeem the code. Instead, you were signed in with Apple, which is why you didn’t see your tour. Our support team member was trying to help you send us a diagnostics report from within the app so we could find the Apple account to transfer your tour to, since you chose not to share your Apple ID with us. We understand this was frustrating. We also reached out by email but haven’t heard back yet. Your audio tour never expires, and you’ll see it in the app once you sign in with Google. Alternatively, we can help you exchange this for another audio tour. Please reply to our email so we can assist you!

Good commentary, very informational! The only complaint I have is that running the apps on my phone made it super warm. I had to keep it in front the air conditioning.

This audio tour was super easy to use! It followed us whatever direction we traveled and gave us history, important sights and optional side trips. We had our trip fairly well planned but this added even more. I highly recommend investing $25 on this audio tour!!!

Not sure if I was the problem, if so I will improve my rating.
App was easy to set up and played right away through Android app. So I first thought, perfect. About 10 minutes in the tour from the starting point at west gate, the sound I thought silenced. Stopped the car and tried somehow to get sound back. Disconnected, reconnected, checked Android auto setting on cae and phone loosing about 45 minutes. Sure couldn't look for help on the internet because there was no wifi or phone connection at that location in the park. Moved on and miraculously sound came back at some point, but....
During the whole tour, the guidance muted before any given section had finished. Always somewhere in the middle of a sentence. When arriving at the next section, a few times i believe it picked up where it had stopped before, but most of the time not. So I lost a lot of the tour explanations. I thought it may have to do that I exceeded the speed limit, but I than conscientious drove slow and below speedlight, dragging multiple cars impatiently behind me, and it still happened. So after a few hours I gave up and moved on. Unfortunately, dew to the initial back and forth, it got dark and we missed the last 4 or 5 attractions. Between the sections it is absolutely quiet. Dew the initial issue, i never knew if it was just the pause or if I lost connection or whatever. Would be good if there would be some music between talks indicating that everything was ok.

Wow, great self-driving tour. Used over multiple days to see multiple sites and both parks. Definitely recommend this. We also took a live tour, but could have skipped the live tour and saved $100s.

This app was AMAZING!! My husband and were impressed. We got to explore more of Yellowstone in the little two days that we had! And it worked so well with the google maps and the music playing. We were blown away!! Our trip was more pleasurable and memorable and not at all miserable. Did i mention we’ve never been there before??? It’s an absolute MUST!! Do not over look this, download for sure before you go because Yellowstone has hardly any reception. Thank me later 😉

My favorite part of this tour is the fun conversation starters he has between points of interest. It really improved the drive and we didn't realize how fast time was flying. For example, he tells you about the geology of Mount Moran in a way that has you interested and entertained. We had to cut the last 2 areas short because of all the wonderful ideas and suggestions and wouldn't change a thing!!! We look forward to using this app for Yellowstone and Glacier later in our trip. We're already planning our next National Park trip with this app in mind.
Set up was a breeze and using it is even easier. Just download the app, then download your tour, then have it on as you drive to the park and he starts automatically. If you're busy in conversation you can pause him and he'll pick up right where he left off, drive slower though or he will skip to catch up.

We recommended it to a few people back at our campground on our last day. I don't know how I would've toured Yellowstone and Grand Teton without this tour. There is so much to see and so many options to stop, some of which aren't the most popular stops. So, this tour was able to help me choose where to go and what to do, and also give me additional history, stories, and background. Especially traveling solo, it made navigation much easier. I had one day at Grand Teton and two at Yellowstone, so this worked perfectly. Very long days, but I feel like I saw/did everything! Even having the "You are approaching this junction. Go right to X..." was a huge help.
Grand Teton was my first day, and there were a couple of stops that didn't auto start but that was the only glitch and I was able to go back and listen to them easily.
The only odd thing to me was in the narration. The inflection of the guy always sounded like the audio was getting cut off rather than sounding like he was done with that section. The first several times, I checked my phone to see if the audio had been cut off. But not a huge deal.
Otherwise, great, and I've already recommended to others.

The app uses free gps/satellites to determine your location and autoplay commentary - not cell or wifi signal. Sorry you didn't get to enjoy the tour that so many do. The best $15 I have ever spent. It really maximized my trip to Yellowstone and saw many things I easily would have missed. No service in the park and the all worked flawlessly and automatically plays when you drive using gps location. Knowledgeable, great educational narrator and truly was an amazing experience when using in Yellowstone. It was like having a tour guide in the car. Worth 10x what it costs.
