    They should not use the pay in advance for their tickets. I did not get the bar code. All I had received from you I took there. The person at the gate could not help. She called who ever she spoke to could not help too. She was getting frustrated and I was getting frustrated too. I told her we have paid for these tickets and we have to enter; because we came all the way from U. S. When she did not know what else to do, she sent us to the information office. There they were able to pull up the tickets. She should have sent us there in the first place. It was not a user friendly system; at least for us.
