- 3.Weekend and holiday traffic in Japan may delay the return time past 8 p.m. Our company will cover any overtime fees for the guide and driver. we kindly recommend not scheduling any activities or transport afterward to avoid losses. Please note that visit times at attractions may also be shortened， adjusted or canceled due to the same reason, We sincerely ask for your understanding and patience.
- 4.The tour guide will be holding a yellow flag with 'Gogoday Travel' at the meeting point. Please provide the guide with the name and phone number you used to place the booking. No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.

- 6. We suggest you take some cash, some areas of Mount Fuji do not accept credit cards

- 9.The night before your trip,you will receive an email with the tour guide's contact number and the vehicle's license plate number.Please ensure your email and phone are accessible.
- 10.This is a shared group tour with guests from various countries. The guide will provide explanations in multiple languages.
- 11.The Pirate Ship on Lake Ashi is an optional item and you will need to pay for it yourself.
- 12. If you choose the option of French- or Italian-speaking guide, the guide may also provide commentary in other languages, as guests in the group may come from different countries. If you require commentary exclusively in French or Italian, please do not book this option.

Captain Jack was fantastic: very well informed, articulate and helpful, with a great sense of humor. Learnt so much though we couldn’t see Fuji (due to clouds), but Jack made it all a delight!
Too touristic, take into account extra charges like boat and food. Food is horrible. Tour guide too loud and speaks too much. The places are nice but the trip experience not too good.
Our tour guide, Erik, was fantastic! Despite the unexpected holiday traffic that extended our trip by several hours, he kept us happy and laughing throughout the day. He was very engaging and communicative. Highly recommend booking with him!!

Our guide Eric was kind clear and funny, a good one day trip that covered multiple sites. Bus ride was comfortable. Food at the restaurant was just ok.

Captain Jack!! Took us to mt Fuji boat cruise, cable ride, lunch, picture, shopping and transportation from desired location pickup!! Must do !!!! Will have u back by 6:30 pm 5starts Chassity recommended!!
The tour guide Eric was very kind and very funny. We were very happy to hear about his recommendations and input about the areas history. The tour was a great pace and the scenery was amazing!
I do recommend messaging if you need to be in the WhatsApp groupchat as we were never added to it and had no idea that the areas we would be in would be cash-only. The pickup location was also very confusing. This was our 5th tour in Japan and we had never felt so lost in our life. The Viator meet point was different from the two other addresses listed on the itinerary we were sent via email. I messaged repeatedly on Viator without response asking for a confirmation on the meeting point, without response until the tour was already getting started. Luckily, we stuck to the Viator meeting point listed and arrived at 6:40a just to be sure we had time to pivot if needed.
As for not knowing about the cash only, we’re at the end of our trip and we’re limited with what we had on hand. The tour guide, Eric, was AMAZING and covered us for the cash only portions. We paid him back at the end and he was absolutely so helpful. Honestly, if you can choose I would choose to tour with Eric as he made the tour very fun and was happy to be helpful.
As for cash: bring about $12 USD a person for the boat experience. And if you do the boat and the basic chicken lunch option it’s about ¥7400 for two people. There’s a McDonald’s and a Lawson/7/11 by the lunch place that I assume takes card if you don’t want the lunch at the restaurant.
Overall, this tour was great and I look forward to returning one day!
Viator sent me emails and messages on their app about the meeting point to my tour that I booked. Guide for the tour sent me message day of tour on WhatsApp but different address from the several messages from Viator. So I had to take another taxi ride to second location and got there late and was gone. Viator said it was my fault and will not refund me. I will not book anymore trips with Viator because this is how they operate and is bs doing this with someone on vacation.

Although the weather wasn't on our side, and we never got to see Mt Fuji for cloud cover, Jack made the rest of the trip as enjoyable as possible, and truly went above and beyond. The whole experience was brilliant

Too long on the bus. Stops were a bit too short. And we did not see Fuji at any point due to the weather - which was no one’s fault.
