Allen was our tour guide and he was a lot of fun. Our family had a blast riding around and the costumes and waving to the public. The experience was very fun, and surprised that we went that fast on the road. We enjoyed that we were able to go as a duo instead of joining a larger group. However, the experience was only 45 min instead of the advertised and paid for 1.5-2 hour trip.

Fun way to experience Shibuya for an hour!

This was a fun hour spent in and around Shibuya. A nice to have if you can squeeze it in and can afford it. Older kids (19s) loved it. A fun way to see Shibuya another way. We stayed within a 1-2 sq mile and crossed Shibuya crossing multiple times. We were videos by others and probably made some highlight reels. Our guide was friendly and melts us safe on the super busy streets. This is not a historical tour of any kind, purely just an activity to do while in Tokyo. The costumes were fun but hot so dress in cooler under clothes and bring a mask as the exhaust was a bit heavy (wish we”d of had those). They get you in and out fast, watch a training video, and go over dos and do nots. Had a great time and a nice highlight for social media if you’re into that. Note you cannot use phone/video while driving, only at red lights. Recommend a go pro if you want to capture the actual driving part. Fun!

Fun experience. A must do when visiting Tokyo. We got to drive through shibuya crossing multiple times and got to take loads of great pictures. The weather was bad, the tour guide gave us the option to reschedule or get a full refund but I decided to still do it and am glad I did.

Great start to our 1st trip to Japan!

My group and I just landed in Tokyo the night before our tour and were already exciting to get on the go-karts. It turned out much better than we had imagined and had a great time touring around Shibuya on the go-karts! Our guide was a big part of the great experience we had. A few weeks after, me and my group still can't stop saying how much fun we had! We would definitely do this go-kart tour again and would highly recommend other to do it.

This was so much fun! At first my Wife wasn't sure about it, but as soon as we got going we both loved it. The time (1 hour) includes 15 minutes getting ready, so you are only driving for 45 mins. The kart tour goes through some VERY bust streets with ease (including scramble crossing ....TWICE! Aziz (our guide) was very good and made sure the event was kept safe and enjoyable. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMITS BEFORE YOU RIDE! (and take your passports)

Memorable time !

Super fun! But be prepared to drive in streets with cars all around you and drive a little faster than you normally would drive. Thrilling and nerve -wracking at same time. Not for those people with anxiety on driving. Do not forget to bring passport on day of your tour with international drivers license —they do email you ahead of time to make sure you submit it in email before showing up . My teen kids had so much fun and said the experience is one of the highlights of our Japan trip . Guide also takes photos of group during tour and shares it in Google Drive which is great for memories —you don’t have to worry about taking pics while doing the tour. Though you still can during times cars stop but be quick about it . The only thing is the costumes you wear were so big —and I wish they had different sizes especially sizes for short people . Also my daughter was 4’ 11 —she said seat adjusted just right for her height but if she was shorter , she may not reach the brakes.

What a great experience. There were five people in our group, and the guide, Salah was absolutely amazing. I was initially nervous about driving throughout the streets of Shibuya; however, it was truly fun and everyone really enjoyed it. Make sure to pick your favorite character costume and enjoy it.
