We had an amazing time with our kids. We got to know the rules of sumo wrestling and got to ask questions to the wrestlers

Oh my gosh this was so fun. Our daughter was selected to participate in the challenge a sumo wrestler which really made this experience so great for our family.

Family of four with two teenagers and we all loved it. Rio the host was very engaging and the two sumo wrestlers we saw Koji and Hiro were very good at showing you the comedy side of Sumo and what you are not allowed to do in equal measure with the serious official moves. You learn a lot about the history of Sumo and how it works in the modern day as well as watching it live and there was a Q&A session with the wrestlers. My son wanted to have a go at wrestling himself but unfortunately it was a lottery and too many people wanted to do it at our show and he missed out. But this still didn’t detract from the experience which was thoroughly enjoyable and watching other crowd members take on the wrestlers was hilarious. You’ll also learn some Japanese words to shout out as crowd members. Ganbare!

Awesome show!! The host was great speaking in clear English!! The sumo wrestlers were great!! Enjoyed the show and questions that we were able to ask the sumo wrestlers!! The whole family had so much fun!!

Fun introduction to Sumo wrestling. The host Rio was entertaining, and our two wrestlers were great. Obviously it’s not a real competition, but they simulated as well as possible, played to the crowd, and we learned a lot.

It was excellent! John was a fabulous, engaging and informative MC and Guchi and Ide were phenomenal Sumo Wrestlers. This was a favorite activity- kept all ages entertained and we learned so much too!

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish! The club hosts provided a lovely history of sumo and explained the basics of the sport. The demo provided by Guchi and George was excellent. They were so engaging and watching them wrestle volunteers was so much fun, especially one of the youngest audience members. It was adorable!

Such a great time! I enjoyed it more than I thought I would, and this is definitely something everyone should do if you never have. They also taught us about sumo wrestling and its history, which was a great add on.

I never knew what I didn't know about Sumo and this is a highlight of our trip. What a fantastiic show and exhibition. Koji and Hiro were wonderful as were the show's hosts! Well worth the time!

The show was an exhibition but it was a lot of fun and very entertaining. I especially liked the information session at the beginning; we learned about the history and traditions of Sumo and its place within Japanese culture.
