It was a very good experience considering how it was booked the night before and it was our last day in Japan. Mount Fuji is an absolute must see at least once in your lifetime. The company was very organized and accommodating. While we had a small mishap before the start they still managed to resolve everything. This was our last tour in Japan and the 4th company, compared to other companies they are not promising you things that they do not deliver. Our driver/guide Wahab explained things as we went along and took pictures of us.
For smokers keep in mind mount fuji is non smoking. Also keep in mind if you are coming from Tokyo there might be traffic, it rook us 4 hours to get there.

Jani was a great guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We had beautiful views of the mountain from everywhere we went. Don’t miss out on the Kawaguchi boat ride!

tour of Mt. Fuji was awesome. Jani was an excellent guide. The tour company contacted us directly asking for 15,000 in cash since it was a pickup/drop off location outside of the central area, even though the booking agency had the pickup and drop off location in the original reservation.

It was a great day to Mt Fuji with beautiful weather. Our driver is Hassan, he is pleasant , patient and polite. He informed us in advance of traffic condition and provided advice on timing and places to visit, maximising our time. Hassan is a good driver, is willing to provide info when asked.

We were very fortunate to visit Fuji on a clear day and have beautiful views. We got to see everything we wanted to see! If you enjoy hiking and don’t mind a steep climb, we recommend skipping the ropeway and hiking to the top instead of waiting.
We had a good trip from Tokyo to Hakone with Hassan. He meet us at our hotel on time and got us to the ropeway before the crowds. The views were amazing with hardly a cloud blocking MT Fuji! The village was VERY crowded but we were there on a Sunday. Hassan adjusted our schedule for us as needed and we were able to do some shopping and sampling foods in the area.
we expected a tour guide, but this is just a driver who takes you from point (a to point (b. not much conversation or explanation during the trip. He drove safely though. He took us to a restaurant which we did not enjoy and ended up paying 17,000 ¥ for 2 people for an average meal :(
The weather was terrible on the day the driver picked us up. We asked if we should still go or change to a different day and he said yes we should go, 2 hours into the trip it was snowing so bad the car was slipping on the road, it was foggy and snow was piling up all over the road. We told him to turn around and go back to Tokyo. He had us talk to his boss and attempted to take us other places around Tokyo but it was so cold and pouring down rain that we couldn’t do anything. Extremely disappointed in the company, they knew it would be good but feel they put the money ahead of our experience. On top of it the driver was from the Middle East and barely spoke any English. I do not recommend this company and feel we were ripped off of our almost $500.
Great tour, it was having more of a driver rather than a tour guide. Gentleman who picked us up barely spoke any English and did not know anything about the sites which we visited. Wish he had some sort of knowledge of the cultural sites.

This experience was the best!! Mount Fuji is amazing, and we saw some SPECTACULAR views!! Our guide was knowledgeable, helpful and offered GREAT suggestions for things to do. The ice caves will never be forgotten!! 100% worth it! Thank you!!

Booked very last minute (the night before) SO glad we did
I booked a one-day-trip from Tokyo to Mt. Fuji and Hakone, and I feel that the itinerary was not prepared thoroughly.
At booking, I was required to pick between two plans but, on the day of our trip, we soon realized that those were just loose recommendations. Our driver/guide was pleasant, but he showed up 20 minutes late, as he has gone to the wrong pick up location. Which was input at the time of booking (Hotel address). Everything felt rushed and we didnt even get to go to Hakone..
Some locations could have been avoided, as there was not much to see, and at some point we felt that our driver was more concerned about going home than sticking to the picked itinerary.
Not worth the price $$$.
Mr Fuji and Halone. Our guide Adeel was wonderful. A great day had by the 5 of us. Very knowledgeable and friendly. We could not recommend this trip more highly.

Our driver was Mr. ADEEL. He provided an excellent personalized tour. If you are considering this tour, be mindful that this is not the typical tour with a guide who talks the entire time. Also be mindful that there are 400 steps up to the shrine, and there is no view of Mount Fuji Summit at the fifth station. Given those two considerations, our driver/guide modified the trip to accommodate our needs. We were extremely fortunate to have a clear day and an excellent view of Mount Fuji from various lookouts along Lake Kawaguchi. Also be mindful that tourist traffic is heavy on weekends as everyone heads for the mountains. Our driver picked us up at 8:30 AM. Because of the extremely heavy traffic to Fuji and back to Yokohama we returned a little after 7 PM. Our driver was very interesting and shared his perspectives on Japanese culture based on his experience as a permanent resident. We thoroughly enjoyed the adventure. If you are staying in Oklahoma and decide to use this service, there is a surcharge for the extra distance. However, it was quite reasonable.

It was a very good day. Mr. Hassan picked us up on time and brought us to the designated viewpoints. To be clear, the driving time alone takes about 5-7 hours, depending on traffic. The remaining 3-5 hours need to be spread across five locations, so there isn’t much time to fully enjoy the nature, culture, food, or architecture. Nevertheless, considering these facts, the points were reached as quickly as possible. Our guide, Hassan, provided all the information we asked for regarding history and culture, helped us take family pictures, and recommended where the good food was. ありがとうございました (Arigatou gozaimasu).

We had a very good experience. Although we couldn’t see Mt. Fuji due to cloud coverage our driver Mr. Adeel did his best to give us an enjoyable time. He was very accommodating and a pleasure to have as our driver. He offered to drop us off at a location other than our hotel at the conclusion of our tour. He made a couple suggestions and we decided on the Skytree. He walked us to the ticket counter and gave us directions on how to find our way back to the hotel by train. We really appreciated his attentiveness.

The tour company was very accommodating and we could tailor our stops and itenary as we liked . It was great for our family given that we had a young child and we needed the flexibility to tailor or trip and the driver was very accommodating. Hassan our driver was very pleasant and patient too given the long queues we had to endure . We enjoyed our trip definitely .

Mr Yasir was a great guide. He took us to many of the important sights. We especially enjoyed the 5 th stop to Mt Fuji. It was our favorite. He drove safely and provide water. The day seemed short considering it was a 10 hour experience. He even offed to take us to places we wanted to go that were not a part of the tour. Thank you very much Mr Yasir.

Hassan is a very cool guy. He took us around to all the places and due to bad weather he made special trips to different places just to make sure we were not disappointed. He is an amazing photographer and best at recommending what to eat and where to eat.
Our trip could have been wasted due to weather, but he made it worthwhile by taking us to places we could enjoy.

Getting a glimpse of the Mount Fuji. We got picked up by the driver/guide from our hotel and drove through Mt. Fuji and surrounding areas. Our guide, Danish was a very nice man but he wasn’t as knowledgeable about the history and culture as we had expected. His English was ok but we would have enjoyed a little more engagement from him. Nonetheless, we loved the tour.

Their car AC was not working properly, and it is summer, so hot. I think they need to do some maintenance with the car AC. English speaking was the driver, he was oke, but he is not japanese, so he seems doesn’t really understand the japanese culture.

We did not had a good experience because when you have a tour guide who does not know where lake ashi is, that’s an issue (because this is a lake ashi tour) he also did not knew where to take cable car. We end up not getting into cable car, not taking a boat ride on lake ashi. He showed us another lake and try to convince us it was lake ashi. Our precious day was wasted just driving around. They did not communicated with their tour guide, did not recommend any weather issues etc.

After receiving your complaint, we conducted an inquiry, and our guide made every effort to address your concerns. Despite these efforts, you still demanded a full refund.
Hassan our driver was thoughtful and patient, knowledgeable. I’d recommend our route for those looking for a quick day jaunt to picturesque Mt Fuji and Lake Ashi locales, return to Tokyo in time for dinner!

He was friendly and very accommodating as we were travelling with young children. It was a good day spent looking at some of Japan’s most sought after sights.
