Long wait times can make some sights impossible to see. Spent a third of the time in the subway. Packed spaces made it difficult to talk to the guide.

Fuma was excellent! He took us to the Imprial Palace Park and a Meihi Shrine. Both excellent choices. Lots of walking, so use comfortable shoes! Highly recommend!

We had a very good customised tour with Shoma who gave us a lot of insights on Japanese history and contemporary Japan. Him being a student of philosophy helped us get a better understanding of Japanese philosophy. He answered all the questions we asked including from my 16 year old son. We unfortunately missed visiting the Imperial palace gardens as these were closed on our tour day.

We had a great time on Hiyori’s tour. She asked what we wanted to see and what we wanted to skip and made the day super fun and easy. We had to hire a van too as one of our party was injured - Hiyori handled that too and we razzed around Tokyo on a full day tour. I highly recommend doing a tour with Hiyori - she has really studied up on the history of all the places we visited and had interesting facts for us at every corner. She also had to deal with our children who, with big age gaps between them, had very different priorities! She handled it like a pro!!

I had a fantastic private walking tour in Tokyo with Lax as my guide. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much insight about the city’s history, culture, and daily life. Despite being quite young, he was impressively well-informed and professional.

This was absolutely perfect! Our guide was so engaging and passionate! He was amazing with our kids and intuitive about what the group needed. Shomo did an excellent job! He suggested three itineraries, and we selected visiting the Senso-ji shrine at Asakusa and Meiji Jingu temple in Harajuku. Shomo’s English is excellent, and he provided explanations for what we were seeing. My husband and I asked several questions, and Shomo patiently answered them.

Keito was an excellent tour guide.
