Great start and overview of Tokyo. This was our first day in Japan and a great introduction to the country and Tokyo. Our guide, SHUHEI, was EXCELLENT. VERY knowledgeable and interested in what we wanted and our preferences. Tailored the tour to our interests. Sent us helpful links and recommended sightseeing spots, shopping, and restaurants after the tour. Fun and educational. Highly recommended.

As we were first time visitors, this was a great way to see some of the key sights and get to know the train system and how to get around. Our guide Yamada gave great insight into the culture and customs of Japan and the people. The Tsukiji Food Market was a highlight as we tried food that we would never had considered eating - what an experience. Highly recommend, but ensure you wear comfortable shoes as you will do plenty of walking

My family had a fantastic time exploring two of the most important shrines and temples Tokyo has to offer. Our tour guide, Ikuko, was wonderful and did an incredible job sharing the history and significance of these amazing sites. She was informative, detailed, and patiently answered all of our questions. She also gave us some great insider tips on where to buy quality kitchen tools, including Japanese knives, and where to try some of Japan’s most popular treats and foods. She was truly a superstar and made the experience even more memorable!

We did the walking tour early in our visit to Tokyo. Our guide was Bob who was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable throughout and showed us many interesting places away from the hustle and bustle of a lot of the city that we would never have found ourselves. We never felt rushed between places and Bob allowed us to stop, shop and even snack as we wanted. We all really enjoyed the afternoon and I would recommend this tour to anyone who wished to explore a little more of the "real" Tokyo.

We had an exceptional tour guide, Yui, who was friendly, knowledgable, helpful & fun. The sights we saw required a fair amount of walking in the heat & I would recommend wearing a hat & hydrating drinks. The lunch meal was great. We enjoyed a very special day. Thank you.

If I could give Yuki (Yukino Shiraga) more than five stars, I absolutely would! Yuki was amazing from beginning to end. She met us right near our Airbnb and immediately made my family and me feel comfortable and welcomed. This was our first full day in Japan, and having Yuki with us made such a difference. Instead of feeling overwhelmed trying to navigate a new country, we were able to relax, explore Tokyo, learn, and truly enjoy the experience. She took us to so many wonderful places and took the time to share information about Japanese culture, history, traditions, transportation, and everyday life. She was incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but what stood out to me most was how genuinely kind, patient, respectful, and sweet she was. Throughout the day, Yuki made sure everyone in our family was comfortable and doing well. We never felt rushed. She answered our questions, helped us navigate the city, and took photos of us throughout the day so that we could all be included in our family memories. She even surprised us with a small bag of Japanese treats, which was such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture. After the tour, she sent us the photos she had taken along with the sweetest message wishing my family continued happiness and safety. Those little touches meant so much to me and showed that she genuinely cared about our experience. What makes Yuki so special is that she never made us feel like we were simply another tour group on her schedule. She made the entire experience feel personal. By the end of the day, it honestly felt like we had spent the day exploring Tokyo with a friend. This was a great tour. I ended up being the only one and Mao did a fantastic job explaining many things about the fish market and also the temple and shrine we passed. I learned so much about culture and how the fish market is used now and previously. The food was a great value and different than other items I had tried. It was very hot and very little shade so make sure to take an umbrella or hat during hot weather.

Gaku (Gakuto Miura) was our guide and this was EASILY THE BEST PART OF OUR TOKYO TRIP! We covered all the main Temples, shrines, Imperial Palace, and rode through back streets and busy intersections. We grabbed lunch at a local grocery store continuing on to eat at the Harbor. It was awesome. I had my two teenage kids with me. We made frequent stops for hydration breaks but 17 miles in 94F heat was so much fun because our guide made sure to pause often (plus he provided neck ice packs while we rode so we stayed cool in the hot temps. Highlights: Yoyogi Shrine then bike ride to Yoyogi Park nice and shaded Zozoji shrine imperial Palace Nissan crossing, Shinjuku, Tokyo Gov Building w 55 seconds elevator ride up to the observatory. Great pics feom the top and what a fun way to see Tokyo!!
