Sean was an excellent guide. It was our first tour on day 1 in the city and it was a great introduction! He was very knowledgeable, amusing, and helpful. Gave us insight into culture, places to eat (beyond the food tour), and transportation. Highly recommend!

Toru was an excellent tour guide. He was proactive in communicating with us in advance regarding our interests and designed a fitting itinerary. As a local, he learned the day before our tour that the Emperial Palace was open so he arranged for us to visit! This is extremely rare and unique as it is usually only open for the Emperor's birthday and new years day, and is over crowded. We were able to tour without a very long wait. Toru helped us to understand and easily independently navigate public transportation for our trip. We toured gardens at the beginning of cherry blossom season, observed a Buddhist ceremony, sampled sake and traditional appetizers, and enjoyed a popular local tempura meal together. Toru gave us suggestions and shared locations for places to visit later in our trip. I would highly recommend Toru!

Tadashi is as a wonderful guide. This tour was very tailored to us and tho thoughtfully curated. Tadashi’s English was excellent, and he was very knowledgable ex-teacher. He also engaged our teenagers. The van was very comfortable. This tour made our trip to Tokyo.

Our driver, Shamoza, was FLUENT in English and very knowledgeable about the city. We experienced all the highlights in Tokyo as well as some local sites that proved especially interesting, especially our visit to experience a true local ramen lunch. His vehicle was new , impeccably clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend a tour by Shamoza.

We had a fantastic experience on this Tokyo bus tour, and a big part of that was our guide, Lovely. She truly lived up to her name—friendly, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the entire day. The itinerary was very well structured and covered a great mix of Tokyo’s highlights. From the peaceful grounds of Meiji Jingu Shrine to the energy of Asakusa and Senso-ji Temple, and the views from Tokyo Skytree, everything flowed smoothly and never felt rushed. Even the “pass by” stops were meaningful because Lovely provided helpful context and interesting facts along the way. What stood out most was how clearly and enthusiastically she explained the history, culture, and significance of each location. She kept the group organized, on time, and made the experience enjoyable for both adults and kids. You can tell she genuinely cares about giving guests a great experience. If you’re looking for an efficient and enjoyable way to see Tokyo’s key sights in one day, this tour is absolutely worth it—and if you get Lovely as your guide, you’re in great hands.

I cannot say enough about how much this tour exceeded my expectations. I came to Tokyo to celebrate my birthday, and although I arrived alone, I was confident that connecting with the right tour agency would completely change my experience. Yuki truly went above and beyond. I cannot speak highly enough about her. She shared so much history about Tokyo and made the experience feel very personal. I never once felt rushed. She frequently paused to make sure I was enjoying my time and comfortable with the pace of the tour. She also introduced me to a Japanese dish that I ended up loving. Yuki was incredibly knowledgeable, very friendly, and made the entire experience memorable. If I return to Tokyo in the future, I would absolutely book this tour again with her without hesitation.

Jonny was a FANTASTIC tour guide. He was knowledgeable, personal and has great energy. He was also very helpful and went above and beyond our expectations, He helped us with our tickets on the bullet train and found us a great restaurant after the tour.

All and all a good tour. A little long on the front end with time spent in the cemetery. But the rest of the tour was a great introduction to the city and the culture on our first day in country. Charlotte, our guide was great. She looked out for our safety, answered all questions, and provided a nice historical background to what we were seeing.
