We were greeted so kindly and barely off the dock when we were up close and personal with several dolphins! Our crew knew just where to find them all along our journey to Shell Island! It was a beautiful day and a wonderful experience! I highly recommend the trip!

The captain and his daughter were great. We all felt save. Seen about 10 dolphins and they brought us to a lovely beach full of seashells. Unfortunately there was a bunch of waves and we didn't get to find many shells in the ocean. However, we all still loved the exsperiance and we would certainly do it again.

The captain and his new assistant were amazing. They were very knowledgeable they made sure that we saw and would even turn around to get pictures of the dolphins. They were very quick to help with anything you needed be sure and bring something to put your gorgeous shells in. That's the only thing we forgot. We highly recommend this to anyone that just wants a really nice relaxing time.

Fun experience! Saw lots of dolphins up close which is never a guarantee. Wish we could have spent more time at Shell Key Preserve as that truly was the highlight of the trip!

For this specific tour we were lucky enough to see dolphins which was exciting, but we were especially looking forward to snorkeling without having to travel so far. The water was murky on shell island so we weren’t able to do it. Plus we got more shells on sunset beach while we waited for our tour to begin. So I would pay the cheaper route and just do the dolphin sightseeing tour. I do want to give a shout out to our captain though! Very friendly!

Unfortunately we are always at the mercy of the weather and will cancel trips accordingly Many of our customers look forward to the shelling and dolphin watching so it is difficult to cancel trips when the water is not perfect

The captain and his daughter were great. We saw a huge stingray and dolphins. The water was not as clear as usual, but we still got some snorkeling in at shell Island. I would highly recommend!

It was a great time. Got to see alot of dolphins and found a bunch of different shells. And there weren't that many people on the cruise. So the little island was perfect.

The boat ride was amazing!! Along the way we seen the beautiful dolphins and sea birds. We got off the boat near a secluded island and looked for shells and also got to snorkel. A wonderful experience/expedition.

We had a great time watching dolphins around the boat, collecting shells on the beach and listening to the interesting information from the staff. Of course the day was beautiful and our memories will be forever.

Operators very nice and boat clean. We paid for a trip to include snorkeling as what’s stated on our confirmation with you but there was no snorkeling. You should not misrepresent.

Thought you advertised a 4 hr trip, was only a 2 hr trip. Most disappointing. Shelling was almost non-existent. More shells on the beach by the hotel. Did see a few Dolphins, but too far away to get a good view and too many other boats in the way.
Boat hands were very nice, trip was safe.

Sorry you were unhappy, When you initially boarded the vessel you inquired about snorkeling, you were advised that was offered on the trip, You then mentioned Egmont key and a 4hr trip. We advised you that we do offer that trip however it is not advertised on the Viator site, The trip you booked was the Two hour shelling dolphin and snorkeling, I am sorry you misunderstood. We clearly explained the different trips before departure however you did choose to take the 2 hr tour
