It was a very nice evening. Good food, we had all the food and drinks we wanted. Good atmosphere, good music. Staff was nice. People were nice. Easy on and off. We enjoyed it very much.

The experience was good up to where they never came to return my credit card. And there was no one on boat to get my card back. Customer service was just as bad, they dont even call anyone to help. The boat dinner was done at 8p, i was there till 11p had to wait for my son to drive from Haines City, FL to bring us money to pay the parking lot and be able to get my car out. Then today I have to drive back 2hrs 40min to get my credit card back. They should not keep your credit card.

No AC or circulation at dinner table during buffet, it was unbearably hot, especially in the no-ventilation, sealed off cabin.
But after dinner we were able to get out in the open deck and then it was quite good.
They really need to fix the AC or ground the boat.

Overall, an excellent couple of hours gently navigating the intracoastal waterway and enjoying a delicious, very generous, and quite tasty lunch meal (with seconds, if you'd like). The three decker boat has a few years on her, but seems rather well maintained. The dining staff were very efficient and professional. The Captain is a pro. If you want to hear clearly when he's sharing his insights (or talking through the loudspeakers to the knuckleheads breaking every rule of safe boarding practices on the waterway), you'll enjoy it most from the third deck just right outside the bridge (the wheel house). Again, overall, we had a good time.

Great food, an excellent cruise on the intercoastal waterway. Only small disappoiinent was instead of the flat fee of $5 promised on the covered parking, the toll booth was unattended at 9:30pm and the card machine charged a full 3 hour fee of $15. It was a minor glitch in an otherwise great evening, but it still bothered me as I followed the instructions on the parking but could not get the flat rate fee of $5 as promised on the Calypso Breeze site. Poor instructions that negatively impacted the last part of the evening. Otherwise it is a great cruise!

First of before booking I was chatting with an agent to find out information like parking and I was told that parking would be included which was a lie, because I had to pay $25 for parking and direction was not clear and available when arrived at the dock. The food wasn't all that and the speaker, OMG, you guys make enough money to have a better working sound for the music.

We had a pleasant experience on this dinner cruise. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The sunset views were beautiful and made the evening especially enjoyable. The food and service were good, and everything was well organized. I’d recommend it for a nice evening out on the water.

This was the biggest waste of money. We thought we were booking a fun activity. It was a boat full of senior citizens. I felt like I was having a beer at a funeral. There was a group celebrating a 70th birthday so the crew was so focused on them it took us forever to get a beer. I need up having 3 beers for the full ride. Yes it’s unlimited if you could get one. I would not recommend anyone under 50 years old to take this ride.

The cruise was a bust. We took off from the traveled 5 mi utes out amd turned around and traveled back to the dock. Noone told us what was going on and they wouldn't let off the boat. The air turned off and we were all hot and few people were not feeling good from the heat in the boat. Finally they had the poor DJ announce that the boat had mechanical problems and that we could now leave. Nothing about a refund. Then a waitress came and told us we would get half of our 72.00 fee refunded. It was suppose be a 2 hour cruise and we went nowhere. Most of the staff was rude and wouldn't say what was going on. Parking was expensive and the food was bad. Wouldn't recommend. We had 12 people on board for a 70th birthday. It was a terrible experience. Spent $800 for the cruise and spent 10 minutes cruising and then a lot of time sitting in a hot boat. If I could give 0 stars I would.

We were stuck in horrible traffic due to an accident on the causeway which tripled our commute time. I called the company direct and asked if we could move our reservation to the next night and she said no because we booked through a vendor. I tried to reach out to Viator and got no where. Needless to say we lost over $200. Be aware. Book directly with the company who is the actual operator. Done using booking these third party vendors.
