What a good time! Karl is a great guide, and is one of the biggest history nerds I’ve met (I mean that in the best way lol)! He knew sooo much about the hauntings and history of st augustine. Started out the tour in a small, quiet neighborhood with quite a haunted history in the military grave yard that spanned centuries. Wound through small cobblestone streets through the Spanish, English, American military area; and into the old, historic part. Seeing this at night and hearing all the ghostly tales was a real treat! Karl had all of the paranormal equipment you needed…we pegged out the EMF reader at one stop! His cart was comfortable! Thanks Karl for a night ride to remember

Carl was great! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain and show us many different places and pics of ghosts that had been caught at different times. We also were able to catch an image as well! Fun times!

Karl was awesome!!!!! Even my junior in high school who said this is going to be boring had an absolute blast and was fully engaged! At the end said how much fun it was. Love that it was kinda off the main area. Drove by a bigger tour and it seemed lame and hokey. It was just our family and it was so fun. Thank you Karl!
