This tour begins 30 minutes prior to departure at the Arizona Safari Jeep tour office in Sedona. Choose from several possible tour times, then board a 4x4 Jeep and embark on an adventure in this Arizona desert town, located an hour south of Flagstaff.
Enjoy the scenic view while the tour guide drives through Sedona and into the Coconino National Forest, a 1.8-million acre, United States National Forest. Coconino is one of the most diverse National Forests in the country, with landscapes ranging from the famous red rocks buttes of Sedona to Ponderosa pine forests, and from southwestern deserts to the alpine tundra. Explore the mountains and canyons, and look for local wildlife.
Along the way, stop for photographs and learn about the history of the area, the rock formations, and the local traditions.
The tour ends with a drop-off back at the Arizona Safari Jeep tour office.

Off road extreme with local guide! If you want to see the mountains up close and get to know Sedona. This is your tour. Not gimmicky.
Whelan was knowledgeable, engaging & had some good stories about the area. He welcomed our questions & was patient with the group. We would recommend him
Various routes are dependent upon the weather. Our route was washed out but we still managed another stunning trip. The guide was knowledgeable and informative.

Brad was the perfect guide and driver for our 3-hour Outlaw trail tour. He showed a true passion for Sedona and the culture of it peoples of the past and current. I can’t recommend this tour enough. Brad made it truly memorable!!
It was great to enjoy the beautiful scenery without the crowds.
Be prepared for a rough ride in some parts, but with an experienced driver there was no problem.
If taking the 3pm 3 hour tour you might need a light jacket by the end of the tour.
Was awesome, take the Outlaw Trail tour, you will not regret it. A family owned company and very knowledgeable people, a lot of history.

This was a great experience- like a true Wild West Adventure “YeeHaw”. JC has wonderful stories to tell about Sedona and lots of interesting historic info which we were not aware of. We highly recommend this tour company. It was a trip to remember 😊

If you are looking to take in the beauty of Sedona, this is a great way to do it. The vehicle was very rugged and easily handled the rough terrain. Our guide, CK, was knowledgeable, personable, and he gave us great insight into all the things that make Sedona special.

CK was our guide and he was great!! The scenery was amazing and learned a lot about the geology and local plants and animals that are native to the area. The ride is quite bumpy but not too uncomfortable.

This rough and rugged Jeep tour is a wonderful Sedona adventure ! Our guide Chris was amazing, knowledgeable and fun- he enthusiastically shared his insights on history, geography, and culture of Sedona, even UFO’s! Quite an interesting ride and short hike with incredible views- a memorable experience indeed!!

Leo was well versed with Sedona’s history. Very interesting and learned a lot about Sedona. Loved the tour.
It was fun going off road. We got to see deeper into Sedona than just hiking. The sunset was beautiful and we got to take great pictures. Highly recommended for the young at heart but not for folks with bad backs.
Adam was our driver and guide. He gave us an informative and entertaining tour of the Sedona back country, along with an exciting jeep ride. It was our first day - just the introduction we needed!

This tour was not only fun but extremely interesting - it was so much fun to ride through some tough terrain in the tour Jeep. CK was outstanding as our tour guide for 3 hours. The views were phenomenal and we thoroughly enjoyed CK’s knowledge about the vegetations and terrain. Highly recommend this tour.

Great tour, Bob is amazing guide with such knowledge. He makes the trip so enjoyable.
He even gave us time to look for fossils!

It was a lot of fun. Good for families. You get to ride in back of Modified jeep gladiator. CK was a great driver. Described the sights, vegetation, geography, weather, wildlife…
Brad was an excellent commentator and trail guide. If you want great pictures, especially of the canyons glowing from the sunset you must take this adventure!! However if you have any back problems I wouldn't recommend due to how bumpy it is.
