Unfortunately , I fell on the steps going in and all we were able to do was listen to the initial part. I became ill as the walk started. I know it would have been great.

The tour guide was historically knowledgeable. This paired with the ghost hunting made for a fun filled and spooky experience. We were in the parking lot of the old hospital and my grandson’s EMF meter kept going off. I asked the presence if they liked children. The voice in my spirit box said loudly and clearly “No!” Several people were around and heard it too. Awesome!!!

This ghost tour began at 9:00 pm. The start location is easy to find and well signed. We had a great introduction and explanation of how to use the equipment. The tour lasted about 1 hour and 45 minutes. We had some energy activity on our tour and we learned some great information about the history of Jerome. It was pretty cold, so during the colder months you need to bundle up because a majority (90%) of the tour is outside. If you have trouble walking on unstable ground or climbing up and down narrow staircases, you might struggle on this tour. Otherwise it’s family friendly and I highly recommend it. It was worth the cost and time.

Have never been on a Ghost Walk and really enjoyed it. I wouldn't say that I am a believer but there was a lot of great history and interesting things happening.

Our guide, Ed, was very nice and knowledgeable. It was cool that everyone had access to their own EVP reader and ghost box. It was an hour, but do wish there were a few more stops.

People are nice, but the tour is pretty lame. Each of the “high activity” area are conveniently free or public spaces like a dirt lot and a park.

We appreciate all feedback. Our tour provides history, stories, ghost hunting equipment, and locations you wouldn't know were high activity otherwise. We are also the only tour company in town that has an indoor location on our tours.

7-8pm Tour started late due to one tour guide not showing up on time. Had to reschedule dinner reservations at Grand Hotel’s Asylum restaurant from 8:15 to 8:30, and still had to leave the ghost tour before it ended. Plan on 7-8:30.

Not much activity on the ghost spirit boxes. The host gave great information on the town, but not scary and only saw 2 places outside and only one inside. Was not worth $45. Could have done a cheaper walking tour. Think someone in the back was on the walkie talkies.

We wish every customer could have the same experience and amount of activity, but as we express in our tutorial we can't guarantee any activity, due to the fact that the spirits decide who and when they want to communicate. Some people on this particular tour were getting voices and activity, but when people don't get a lot, the history and stories usually make the tour worth it for them. We are glad to hear you found the history and stories great. You were on a 1:00 pm daytime tour, our tours aren't necessarily meant to be scary, but if you were looking for scary maybe a nighttime tour or our Pandora's Box Tour would have been better suited for you. We don't have people on walkie talkies, we use am radios. They are not capable of being used as walkie talkie. We strive to give every customer a fun and memorable experience. Unfortunately, It appears we missed the mark with you.

My friend and I went more for the history than the ghost hunting but both were unique and fun. The spirits were not very chatty but still a good time. Courtney was a good host with lots of knowledge and energy and her voice volume was great. We had never been to Jerome before and were arriving at night. It would have been helpful to have some instructions on best places to park. We were headed up the mountain and passed by the building and it took a couple of miles before we were able to turn around and head back by the building and onto Main Street to find parking. We were a little late to finding the meeting point due to this. Luckily they were still reviewing the use of equipment so we didn’t have to miss the event.

Waste of money and time. Worst Ghost Tour I’ve ever taken and it was very disappointing. Jerome is historically a haunted town. I was expecting to hear a lot of stories and history regarding the town instead, this was a cheesy gimmicky waste of time. They hand you these cheap plastic, ghost, hunter tools, and you basically walk around a dirt parking lot where a hospital used to be trying to communicate with ghosts. Then you go into a building being renovated and do the same thing.
