Rena was a fantastic guide. She took us through most of the important sites and kept the pace very reasonable. The highlight was seeing the salmon and seals at the locks.

Great tour hit all the hot spots and extras I never would have thought of, a lot to see in the timeframe, tour was slower but pave for the most part so may not keep interest of kids that like to fly on e-bikes but for adults looking for a real tour this is awesome

An E bike tour of surrounding Seattle. Rena had so many fun facts to share along the way. Such a fun day

Terrible trip, unsafe and very little learned on this electric bike tour

Patrick_B, Jun 2025
Absolutely a terrible experience! Tour guide passed on facts and data she was interested in. Very little background or historical information presented on locales that were very brief stops on the ride. Tour guide did not address cyclists behind her and did not satisfactorily supervise riders behind her. Ran numerous yellow/red lights before remainder of group had time to get through intersection. One rider was nearly struck by a car at a rotary and guide did not see or inquire how she was. One rider fell off his bike and the guide seemed more concerned over the bike’s condition than the riders well being. Information regarding the areas visited was sparse and often indecipherable. Guide arrived late and was not prepared for this trip. Tourists were there 15 minutes prior as requested by the tour directions. Would not recommend this tour to any future tour groups if led by this guide.

Response from Host, Jun 2025

Patrick took our electric bike tour then asked for a refund from our company through viator. We denied his request since the guest plus 1 participated in the sold out bike ride. The guest threaten us with a refund or bad review that was his terms and conditions we received. The guest also didn't mention why such a request was requested. SBT provides very safe informative, bike tours that are mostly all on protected bike lanes. It’s why we’ve earned the certificate of excellence for a decade.

Super fun!!!!

My daughter and had an awesome time with Monty during spring break. He knows Seattle very well and was very patient. The weather was perfect...clear and sunny. The electric bike was a breeze going up the hills and we saw many fantastic views of Seattle and expensive neighborhood called Magnolia. I highly recommend this trip if you're in Seattle.

Great fun

Tami-A, Sep 2020
We had so much fun on this tour. This was our first time on an electric bike, but had no problem getting use to it and how to operate it. We had a great day weather wise and enjoyed the sites and the ride so much. Our tour guide was informative and as we were the only ones on the tour, we got a personal touch that we enjoyed very much. Now to start saving so I can get an E-bide of my own.
