This is not a trolley tour if you want to see Christmas lights. The letters from Santa were depressing and served no purpose and the carolers were not very talented. While I feel as though the tour was catered more to kids, I’m not even sure they would enjoy it,

You were with the very loud angry woman who has already posted an over the top nonsensical bad review of this tour. This is not a neighborhood light tour as it clearly states so you are not going to go to neighborhoods to drink and look at lights. That tour is offered by another trolley transit company and it sounds like you would have preferred that.
Our tour is a musical show called Letters To Santa and it is far from depressing. The talented singers did their best to perform while being talked over, mocked, having you on your phone the whole time and treated poorly by your group.
Other guests complained about your behavior and said they wished they could have heard the singers because they were trying so hard to entertain. I’ve had to provide gift certificates to them as an apology for your behavior.
In four years of running this tour we have never had these complaints or this rude behavior towards my cast. It is clear you are an angry person who is not able to appreciate the point of a Christmas Carol tour.

Very fun. Holiday garb recommended. Performers very energetic. Good activity for seniors who aren’t very mobile.

It was so much fun fun singing carols down the main restaurant road as people were eating outside watching us and smiling . Also the actors were very good

My Dad passed away a few months ago. My Mom and Dad were very happily married for 63 years. This is our first Christmas without him. It’s been hard to feel the Christmas spirit this year. I wanted to find something to lift up my Mom and this experience was the perfect thing to do. She smiled, laughed, and sang along. It was so good to see Mom happy. We came to Florida from Virginia because I wanted to get Mom out and do something special for her. She said this experience was her favorite thing that we did on our trip. We both regained the Christmas spirit and left feeling love and happiness. I’m so grateful to the staff who were kind, talented and so much fun.
