I highly recommend you pass on this tour. I am an avid ghost tour person and this one is a pass. It’s more history than ghost stories. The guide is friendly and tries hard to do a good job, but the whole interaction was slightly awkward. You’ve been warned.

Meh. I've been to stellar ghost/history tours in Europe, so I had high hopes for this one. I was quite disappointed. The tour guide was a lovely human, but the content left a lot to be desired. For example: "The spirits of a couple can be seen dancing here." Question: Who were they? Response: "No one knows." I expected more history about the "ghosts."

My sister and I had a great time on this ghost tour of Santa Barbara. We walked around with our guide for an hour and learned a little about the city. I wish there were more historical information rather than pointing a spirit device at buildings, but we still had a great time!

Our guide was not knowledgeable about the tour, barely engaged us, and didn’t feel interested at all. I looked up the itinerary and we tried to feed him info and it barely worked. Wasnt spooky at all, occasionally looking at random buildings with no back story. They could train their guides better

Our guide had too many personal stories. We also did not like her very graphic, sexual in nature rules at the beginning.

Our tour guide, Lilu, really tried to make it an experience, but the jokes were just not landing. The information and the history were fine, but it was very hard to hear her as we were walking, so maybe a mic?? She needs to work on her delivery a little bit to engage the people in her group more.

Customer service was terrible. Asked (yes 1 hour late) about getting a refund or get information about accommodations for someone with inabilities to walk. Heard nothing back at all except it was too late to cancel. Ended up not going because there was no communication.
