This tour was great! Chuck was a fun and knowledgeable tour guide! Would recommend!! We were only in Santa Barbara and this tour was a great way to see where things were and learn about the city.

Joey was a great tour guide and driver. He was very knowledgeable about the history Santa Barbara.
He is the 10th generation to be born and bred there.
The tour drives through downtown, city hall, the funk zone and even Mendocino. They make a brief stop (15 min.) at the Santa Barbara Mission where you can take pictures.
It was a fun tour!

The trolley ride is a great activity either in the beginning or later part of your Santa Barbra adventure. If it's your first time, it's good to see the lay of the land and see all the interesting places, historical or trivial facts that would leave you delighted and would want to visit during your stay or on the next trip. Although it's my second trip to Santa Barbara, I missed out on the outskirts like East Beach and Montecito area. Trolley adventure was fun, entertaining at best. I took forever to do the review that I forgot the name of our tour guide, Charles (Chuck) is it? He said Dick was his name if we did not enjoy the tour. I recommend this for everyone, regardless if they just want to relax or sample the ocean breeze from the comfort of the trolley ride or just get entertained for an hour.

It was informative and entertaining as well. Would give five stars for the tour n three stars for uncomfortable seats. The seats were very hard and minimal leg rooms for taller people

Rusty did a great job, very knowledgeable and caring. We couldn’t make a stop into the museum because of an event, but he gave us the heads up at the beginning of the tour.
The idea is to enjoy the view and related stories, be mindful! (loud conversations and small kids).

Don’t take children under 5 with this driver! He cannot tolerate children noise! He admonished the participants with children, called them disrespectful which initiated a a rebuke from an older lady and an argument ensued. The noise was not bothersome, we could hear the driver fine.
We left the tour after the mission and walked back. I thought we would tour historic parts of Santa Barbara, not go to Montecito and discuss Harry and Megan and Katy Perry!

visiting Santa Barbara for a weekend with my grandma and wanted her to experience the beautiful town that SB is. We booked the 10am trolley and got there 15 minute before (garden) like the email said. The driver approached the stop sign but it wasn’t until he pulled up that you know where to be. He had an A frame with him and I wonder why the company just doesn’t leave the A frame for all to see. There was plenty of room in our train. Rusty gave us a great experience: all his stops and knowledge was intentional, he’s a SB local and really loves the town. I’ve been to this city many times and this is the first time I took this trolley. I might do it again bc it was overcast when we went (still fun). Thank you Rusty for your great hospitality!!!

A very pleasant and informative ride. The driver was very knowledgeable and well spoken. I would recommend everyone to take it if they can. My only recommendation is that there should be a poster or sign at the pickup location. We were the first ride and everyone was confused if that was the location. However there was one when we returned from our trip.

Was not expecting anything great due to past experiences elsewhere with audio on buses low quality.
Boy, Was I surprised! The sound system was excellent, and our tour guide/driver, Rusty, was the absolute best. It's not just a job to him, it's a passion. We saw and learned so much in an entertaining way. I would do it again.

It ‘s an fab and gives you an amazing knowledge of the history and amazing architecture and the incredible beauty of this amazing coastal small city …my first visit 1966 and every couple years visit ever since. It’s the jewel of California cities and right on the pacific…book a beachfront hotel all located across the street from 5000 sentinel palms and the blue pacific !!!!!

I expected to see more up close highlights of santa Barbara instead it was trees, no up close experience except the mission: souvenirs shops etc wild have been nice
