Whisper boards on the dock in front of the Santa Barbara Maritime Museum at 113 Harbor Way. Stand on the front steps of the museum & look down to where boats are docked in the water. You will see a sign for Whisper. Boarding is 5 minutes prior to departure.

We had such a phenomenal time on our ride with Dustin. Definitely a highlight of our trip for sure. The ride was smooth, the views were great, and the yacht rock playlist was even better. Loved that we were able to see some sea lions, seals, etc. 10/10 recommend.

The ride was very relaxing and our captain was so sweet and knowledgeable. With her extensive sailing experience, it made me and my family feel very comfortable and safe. The view of Santa Barbara was beautiful and it was nice to have the boat to ourselves.

Great experience. We were a couple minutes late and they were really nice about it. It was hard for us to get down to the boat as my dad has a walker, so we had to figure that out. Not their fault at all, just harbor logistics However, it all worked out perfectly. The boat only holds six, but it holds six plus the driver more than comfortably. There was room for our bags, some food, my dads walker and tons of leg room.
This business owns three boats including Lil Toot and Whisper. We went on Whisper the elctric boat. We went around the harbor and had a nice and smooth drive, great weather, and the driver was very patient and friendly with my 88-year-old dad. It was an hour tour, and he let my daughter play her spotify playlist and we paid about $190 through a 3rd party company. I would definitely recommend them!

Amazing harbor cruise! The little electric boat shows all of the harbor, bay, and the wildlife of the area! Ryan is the best!

Easy, mellow 1 hour harbor cruise. Immaculate electric boat and Dustin was a great "captain". Our friends dropped out at the last minute, but would be a really fun time for 4-6 people with a couple bottles of wine.

We had the most wonderful private birthday boat experience with Captain Dustin! From the moment we stepped aboard, he made us feel welcome and completely at ease. Dustin is incredibly knowledgeable about the area and shared so many interesting facts throughout the trip, which made the experience even more special.
His friendly personality, professionalism, and attention to detail truly made the day unforgettable. He created such a fun, relaxing and magical atmosphere, allowing us to celebrate a birthday in the most perfect way. The entire experience felt personalized and thoughtful and it was clear that he genuinely cares about making sure his guests have an amazing time.

Georgia was a phenomenal captain! She answered all of our touristy questions and when we saw dolphins she turned the boat around so we could watch. She was very entertaining and we were so lucky to have her as our guide for our mother daughter trip!

It's was a really nice and relaxing tour of the harbor. We were able to see marine life we have never seen, harbor seals, pelicans, and sea lions. Our captain was very knowledgeable. We really enjoyed it.

There was no narrative about sightseeing. And the captain did not know much about where he was taking us. He also brought us back to the dock so early that we went into the inlet and circled and came back out.

Nice little cruise around the harbor and the wharf. Brian was pretty laid back, but informative, he knew a lot about the area and its history.

My friends and I had a wonderful time on THE WHISPER. It’s the perfect size for up to 6 people with room to sit outside or on the semi enclosed main level. The tables and sunken cup holders are perfect for snacks and beverages. The boat is clean and comfortable. Charlie was a great Captain- knowledgeable and friendly.

Nice an hour harbor cruise. We saw seals. Spent time at the fish market and restaurants. Charlie is very knowledgeable captain about the area.

I booked this boat for my bachelorette during sunset time and it was definitely worth it. The boat is very new and it’s also nice that the experience is private. The boat captain was also nice, gave us water bottles, let us play our music, and took so many photos of us. The only thing I was a bit frustrated was when we brought our own champagne and I was trying to open it the boat captain kind of stressed me out through the process of opening it although I gave him re-assurance that I will be extremely careful and I was. I do also wish he gave us more information about the places we were visiting around the harbor. Other than that the experience was truly amazing and I definitely recommend. I do also wish the experience was offered longer than one hour.

We had an amazing and peaceful boat ride for my mother’s bday! We brought along our 6 month old and had no issues at all. It was seamless. Love that we were able to bring our own food and drinks!

Our captain was wonderful, told us a lot of interesting facts about the area as we cruised around the port. We couldn’t go too far out because of the weather which was a shame but it was fun!
