Drive through the scenic Santa Ynez Valley and visit small, family-owned establishments where you’ll taste wines and visit barrel rooms, often with the owners themselves. We really enjoyed our tour, Karina was so knowledgeable and passionate about wine and creating a good time! I was impressed with how thorough she was in constantly filling up water bottles to make sure we were properly hydrated so that everyone felt good the whole time. The tour included a nice variety of wine makers to experience highlights of the region.

Had a very enjoyable time with Scott and the various wine vineyards which were visited. Was very impressed to directly interact with the owners and gain insights to their perspectives on wine-making. This couldn’t have been found independently so we appreciate the connections.

This was our first trip to the Santa Barbara wine country, and it was fantastic. We had private tours with the wine makers and owners of the vineyards. Our guide and driver Scott Bull was incredibly knowledgeable and made our day memorable. I would definitely recommend Sustainable Wine Tours to anyone that wants to spend a great day in wine country.

Sustainable Wine Tours offers personalized, small-group tours that allow visitors to explore the beautiful vineyards and taste a variety of wines that most of Santa Barbara doesn’t get to taste. Their knowledgeable guides provide insights into the sustainable practices employed by the wineries, making it a great educational experience and a tasty one as well! Scott is full of personality and so are the wineries he selected to show us! Great tour, would recommend over the larger wineries any day!!

I loved that it was a really small group of six people. We had a lot of fun and were able to get to know each other a bit. The vineyards that we visited were beautiful and the wine we tasted was reaaaallyy good!

Excellent, intimate, small group wine tour. Steve, our host, was very attentive and personable. Each stop was super unique and provided a different feel from the next. The owner/operators that we met were passionate and knowledge in their craft and made the time go by almost too quickly. Oh ya, the wines were amazing too!

The tour was excellent! Small group tour taking you to private wineries/vineyards/estates only. Steve was a wonderful host and each stop was uniquely different with amazing wines to sample. We look forward to touring with them again.
