We paid $935.85 on6/27/23 for this tour Confirmation Number 1416829195 BookingReference 1029860333 On 8/13/23 Chao Rome Tour sent a message that our date was changed from 9/3/23 to 9/5/23. On 8/31/23 we were sent our final vouchers GYG83YX8A55K we arrived on9/5/23 under the Arch of Constantine and looked for a person with a white flag…..and no one was there. WE DID NOT GET THIS TOUR😡 I need a refund. Please contact me Customer Service
