We only did this last minute as we had a few hours to kill in Rome before flight home. Literally outside the door of the station and can’t miss it. Right next to where we caught the bus back to airport so was so so easy. Straight in and no issues. Even left a jacket with them strapped to case and they were fine

I can't tell you if their reliable because I booked this the night before but there was no warning or indication that they would not be open when I got there. My friend and I arrived at 0700, and the shutters were down. So we had to use the self check in luggage storage next door. I recommend just go there. When we returned 8 hours later, this shop was open, and I saw a sign that said they open at 0900. People were using the service. So it just depends what you feel more comfortable with. I lost 20$ because I took a risked and booked this. Thats how it goes sometimes.

Easy to find. Just know that when it asks for number of adults it is really asking for number of bags. Be prepared to pay extra for a small backpack, laptop case, etc. or consolidate it into your larger luggage.

This business is located right across from the Termini station, with a prominent sign. The employees were ready for us and were able to quickly access our reservation with just my name. The whole exchange took less than a minute to drop off luggage and then the same to pick it up again.

Very easy to find this storage facility across from the Rome Central station, we left our luggage there between arriving in Rome and check in to our hotel. This allowed us to explore Rome without our suitcases and allowed peace of mind that our luggage was secure. Very convenient

Quick and easy baggage drop off

This worked out well for us. The only problem was finding the location. The directions say "across from Termini station" but Termini station is massive and it was not "across the street" for us based on where we exited the station. However, finding Capital Luggage with Google Maps solved the problem for us. Once we got to the baggage dropoff everything was great. Easy and quick check-in and easy and quick pick up. It was great doing a one day whirlwind trip around Rome without lugging a bunch of bags with us.

This service worked very well for us. Check in for our bags was prompt. Bags were ready for us upon our return and all bags were present with belongings intact just as we had left them. It was a bit of a walk from the train station so be aware of that. If you have difficulty walking or have multiple bags per person or are traveling with young children this may not be the best option as it did require crossing a busy road and navigating on crowded sidewalks. It worked fine for us though! Much better than traveling on the subway and in the crowded tourist areas of Rome with bags in tow. Carefully plan your return time as they do close promptly at seven (or did on the Monday in late April when we used the service).

Easy, convenient and fair price! They are directly across the street from Rome Termini. Check in was easy and fast, and we were on our way in minutes. When we returned, it took less than 3 minutes to bring out 5 large bags. Everything was perfect!

Easy to find, convenient to pay in advance. I dropped my bag here on my way from the airport, through Termini, to the Vatican Museums on my first morning in Rome. Great drop and go service

So it was a great place to drop your bags off. If you have a suitcase and a backpack make sure to count them individually. Not hard to find - if you are in the main waking area of Roma Termini go towards the McDonald’s, cross the street at the crosswalk and turn left. The only thing I didn’t like was there were a bunch of folks lingering a little too long for my taste just in front of the drop off. They were there when we picked up too. The overall service was great and easy to use.

Instructions need to be more clear!

The instructions asked how many adults not how many bags. Apparently the number of bags is in the fine details. Not cool since we had more bags than adults and we had to convince the manager to allow our 4th bag.

They have sign outside, which say around 6 euro for storage, which is cheaper then here. Better buy at the store.

Hello and thank you for your comment, It is correct. As most businesses direct website bookings are cheaper than booking on third party reseller websites as you did. Buying directly at the store though is 7€ as you payed on the Viator website, therefore no difference. The discounted price is valid only on the company website mostly with advanced booking only. SAFE place to store your luggage!

This place was GREAT. Our Four pieces of luggage were Safe and secure while we toured Rome for the day. approx $7..USD for each piece of luggage. BOOK AHEAD to avoid the wait line. The business is located outside of the terminal but just across the street. Look for red Capital sign.

Very professional and well organized. Gave me recommendations on where to go for lunch. Can’t believe some people said it was hard to find! Come out of the station, hang a left and walk about 250 meters and there it was. Would definitely use again.
