Beautiful art gallery

A beautiful hidden gem in Rome. Such spectacular art work. Not a super busy gallery I think because not a lot of people know about it. We went in low season (March) and it wasn’t over crowded. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone.

Dreadful experience! Never received the actual tickets. Only was sent a voucher to redeem for the actual tickets, which as fine, only there were no clear instructions on where to redeem the actual tickets. I was leading a group of 5 family members - who were looking to me to organize the experience. It was made out that I would get the actual tickets from the ‘redemption point’ first - which was fine - but then no info on where the redemption point was. I incorrectly assumed then no information was an indication that it was at the Galleria entrance, or adjacent, but there was nowhere. I ended up paying 153 Euros for the Viator tickets, then another $75 Euros for the ‘actual’ tickets on the door. The Galleria was excellent and is a hidden gem, so go see it. Just purchase tickets on the door! It was mid July and it was quiet enough.

The grandeur of the palace is hard to comprehend. The art collection is huge and of the highest standard. The marble floors are art in themselves. The gardens are also very nice and the terrace at the top provides lovely views of Rome

A mesmerizing place - full of remarkably Neoclassic & Baroque Art ( MASTERPIECES) that will certainly conquer ANY visitor. The environment is safe & peaceful. The gardens actually were one genuine attempt to go back in time, rescuing the glorious days of the Roman Art. The book shop offers literature’s assertive samples as much as more sophisticated and fully-detailed stuffs. Coffee attendants & food are BEYOND the standards & the most positive expectation. The perfume I have purchased at the book shop ( Colonna’s self trademark - was / is simply AMAZING) Just one remark -For the True Art -Lover’s point of view: one hour and a half or two hours ARE NOT enough to appreciate & getting hold of most of the uncountable masterpieces’ insights. The manager crew (Weekend) are absolutely fine, beyond any expectation. My especial Manifest of gratitude goes for Maria, from the Weekend Co. without her ? It would not have been possible .. thank you !

Company never sent us the tickets. Galleria explained we should try calling, but I did not feel like calling a customer service line while waiting in front. Just buy the tickets when you get there don't bother with this company.

The gallery experience was fine but viatour organization of this was poor ie they said we should be there by 11 but there was no time restrictions from the gallery ie come as you please. Viatour emailed a confirmation but stressed it was not an entry ticket but every time we went to download the entry ticket it just took us back to square one. When we arrived at the ticket office they wouldn’t let us in without the viatour ticket so around in circles we went again!!

The Galleria Colonna was simply amazing. The artwork and the gardens surpassed our expectations. The only problem encountered was tickets were emailed to our Trip Advisor App which was very confusing considering we booked the tickets though Viator.

This is a visit not to miss, in the palace there are a collection of not only paintings, but also gobelinos, chandeliers and marble floors all arranged together with good taste that does not overwhelm the visitor

Viator is great, this booking company is not

We missed this tour because of very poor instructions from the booking company as to when to meet, where, and how. By the time we realized this, it was too late and it was closed. Fortunately, we found another company to book this for us at a time that we could still go, and it’s instructions we’re much clearer as to what to do when. This was with Tiqets that we recommend over the company that viator is currently using for this attraction.
