Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Colosseum and Roman Forum.
Please be advised that the Colosseum's capacity regulations and security may delay the tour departure.
Customers have a mandatory meeting time stated 30 minutes prior the scheduled departure time due to managing and organization reasons.
In case of late arrival, no show or cancellation beyond the limits indicated in the cancellation policy by the customer, a refund is not foreseen.
PLEASE NOTE: All participant names are required at the time of booking in order to enter the Colosseum. If we do not receive the full customers names, the booking won’t be confirmed. Every customer (adult / children) is required to carry a valid ID that matches the full name on the ticket, or the entry will be refused. Name changes and cancellations are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.
Due to increased security measures at many attractions some lines may form on tours with access.

Andrea was wonderful and informative. She paid attention to everyone in the group. Great experience- plan to walk, but that is what you do in Rome. It says transportation included but it is a block from colosseum so your feet are the transport.

Francisco, great tour guide-would reccomend a diffferent tour operator

Our tour Guide, Francisco was FABULOUS. Gave a wonderful back story with History-very knowledgeable. It was apparent he loves history & providing this info during the tour. We can't acknowledge Fransciso enough & the negative part of this review is not in anyway reflective of him or the amazing job he did. While we booked through Viator, the tour operator is listed as White Travel Tours. The meet up address is their office, which has a different name on the door, Italy in love tours. They request you meet @ 11am, although the tour doesn't start till 1140am. Upon arrival we needed a restroom, they directed us to walk to a local cafe & purchase something to use the cafe restroom. Depending on where you are coming from-you are then escorted via a "guide" who gives very little info during the walk in broken English, to the ticket office to purchase tickets-then back towards the Colosseum to meet up with your guide. Honestly, it would be better to make the meet up point the location of the ticket purchase. It is of ZERO customer value to walk to the Tour operators office, only to have to back track to the ticketing location. Our group was only 6 people-it was a lot of wasted time for no value.

Worst place ever

The people that work here are very rude. They’re not helpful or accommodating whatsoever. We missed our booking and wouldn’t try to move us. When my husband went in to talk to them, he asked the woman her name and then called the cops on him. She refused to give him our ticket.

Our guide "John" was very nice and went slow enough for all.of us to keep up. His knowledge of the history of the Romans and Colleseum was great. Our tickets extended to Palatine Hill and the Forum but we opted not to continue on.

This is easily the best tour I have ever been on. My husband and I visited the Colosseum 15 years ago and only purchased an audio tour. This time we did it right and wow were we amazed. Our guide was so wonderful, so knowledgeable - I learned so many interesting and memorable facts. He got us access to every single part of the colosseum and quickly. It was honestly hard to say goodbye! We would have wished him to lead us on every tour we have booked. My son and daughter who were not enthused for a tour left telling us how much they enjoyed it, how surprised they were to enjoy it, that the tour guide was so wonderful and they learned so much. Grateful. Thank you!

Overall the tour was good, however it seemed that our guide was fairly new. Had to leave early as we didn’t have any restroom breaks and the tour took longer than expected. Some people complained about there being a line for the colosseum but it moved quickly.

What a tremendous experience! Marco was our guide and brought our tour to life. He was so informative and kept everyone interested. He was helpful with stories and history but kept it concise to maintain attention. He always made sure to tell us when we were going to have the best views and important facts. He even continued our tour with information and where to have the best views at Palestine hill and the Roman forum. He made our experience absolutely fantastic!!! Highly recommend.
