Your private driver will be waiting directly outside your ship's disembarkation terminal / gangway holding a personalized sign displaying the lead passenger's name. "OFFICIAL PORT ACCESS PERMIT: Your chauffeur holds special port security clearance to enter directly inside the restricted cruise terminal. We pick you up right at the ship's gangway (pier-side). You do NOT need to board any shuttle bus or walk to the outer port gates (Largo della Pace)." Important: Please provide your cruise ship name and requested dock pickup time during checkout to ensure prompt pier positioning and direct terminal access.

We had a great experience coming off the ship and getting to our hotel. It was nice to leave the chaos of the disembarkment process, get in a car and be delivered to our hotel. Fabio did a great job.
