A:You will be driven to the trailhead in a top-notch, high-clearance vehicle (either a lifted Toyota Tacoma OR a lifted Hummer 2.) Both have been specifically enhanced for rough, deep sand roads and carry extra tires and repair equipment.

Vast majority of vehicles can't reach this remote, amazing area. We went through Seeking Treasure Adventures and were VERY fortunate to be aligned Jim Loyd. He provided great narrative of White Pocket history and was attuned to the fact we are in very god shape. Our tour was designed accordingly.

Hiking can be as easy or challenging as you want-
Really beautiful otherworldly place

I would recommend this tour to anyone and highly recommend a guide.
Expect a bit of a car ride with amazing scenery and off roading through the sand.
Expect expert knowledge of the area.
Expect unreal scenery with out of this world views

I cannot praise the tour offered to us by Yermo and George enough. They went above and beyond with our entire group (4 adults, 5 kids). They met us at our interests and abilities. They are so knowledgeable and are well known in the area. We truly had the expert!
I have not been to the wave but it has been quoted this is superior.
If you are reading this, then you are considering it - my advice is to book it! You will not be disappointed.

We had an absolutely incredible experience on our private tour of White Pocket with our three kids and guide, Jim. From start to finish, Jim was wonderful. He was patient, attentive, and truly made the experience special for the kids. He took the time to answer their endless questions and even told them fascinating stories about the area.
Jim suggested we start early, which was a great call. It was cooler and we had the place to ourselves for the majority of the tour, making it feel even more magical. Jim knew exactly where to take us, keeping the kids entertained with climbs, bug discoveries, and all kinds of adventures.
White Pocket itself is stunning, and being able to experience it without the crowds made it a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We cannot recommend Jim enough. He was fantastic, and we’re so grateful for the unforgettable memories he helped create!

Jeff took our family of 5 on the most amazing adventure! He is an excellent driver. I was dreading the bumpy drive there but it wasn’t bad at all. He knows everything about this area and is so calm and warm. He took us to beautiful rock formations that we wouldn’t have found on our own. My 7 year old said white pocket is one of her favorite places in the world! We are so fortunate to have been able to visit and Jeff made it so much more stress free and enjoyable! If we ever are lucky to enough to come back, we would definite ask Jeff to guide us again!

We, a family of four (with kids 12 and 24) were coming through Page area where we’ve been few times already, and wanted to try something new and also have a family adventure. This trip covered both - Oh, boy, what an unforgettable experience!! Our guide, Brand, was extremely knowledgeable, properly equipped, and easy to chat with. The road to / from the white pocket is an adventure on its own. Not only you need a 4x4 vehicle, you also need someone who knows how and where to drive, and Brand managed to professionally complete all of this just perfectly and in time to fit our busy schedule (thank you, Brand!). White pocket place is magnificent and exceeded all our expectations. It felt unreal, with all shades of white, grey and terracotta, and the curves you can see in stone. I felt like the Universe just smiled and played with colors and shapes, to leave us people wonder how this spot came to life :) You can also feel absolute solitude and peace, as the spot is not very crowded (I would recommend going as early as possible if you want to have a place to yourself, check with the agency/Brand for options). Overall, great family experience! My almost-teenage daughter is hard to please, and she was ecstatic about the experience. Note - if you’re sensitive to bumpy roads, I would advise to take dramamine before the trip.
