- Infants must sit on laps
- Not recommended for pregnant travelers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Travelers should have a moderate physical fitness level
- Not recommended for travelers that have trouble navigating stairs
- All guests must be able to walk unassisted on uneven surfaces and elevation changes i.e., steep incline/decline. This experience is not suitable for wheelchair users.
- Antelope Canyon does not allow: HIKING STICKS, CANES, WALKERS, OR WHEELCHAIRS.
- Pets and Service Animals are not allowed.
- Children under 7 are not allowed

Horrible since my 76 year old mother came down with Covid and we were not able to attend our prior booked excursion.
I chose to not go with my daughter since we were exposed and did not want to expose to others in the excursion.
I contacted Viator and the tour company 2 days prior asking for a credit or refund and was not awarded it. I spent thousands through Viator last December on a family trip to Hawaii but will not he a return customer. Instead I will book my tours directly through a local organization that I guarantee would have been more accommodating and would have offered me a credit for a future redo.

We received a very cold Welcoming, with explanations that almost turned into conflict with a child car seat issue. Welcoming staff make no effort to be compassionate and understanding. The service remains expensive.
the place is superb and iconic for those who love photography, light and stones. Unfortunately for me, I remain frustrated by the fact that I was not allowed to make cliches in the optimal rules using a small tripod and a long pose. I'm leaving with some stolen footage, not up to what I was hoping for. Photos taken at the pace, in a group visit.
The guide was friendly, but lacked a Sense of Service and meet customer expectations.
I don't know how to get access to similar places with time to really make quality photos, choosing the time, and poses by yourself
