Tour guide and experience was very pleasant. Only suggestion is it wasn't clear where and when to shuttle to the mighty mo and who would be taking us.

I hope you get Nani Popolo as your tour guide! He was outstanding. Funny, great story teller - we learned a lot from him. The tour ran very smoothly. I highly recommend this one, because you get to see the Arizona Memorial, there’s time to watch the movie and tour the museum at the Pearl Harbor, and then you get to tour the Missouri. Before Pearl Harbor, he even took us around Honolulu, teaching us about the history of Hawaii, and we went up to the Punchbowl Crater.

The tour operator picked us up from the hotel and gave us an unexpected 45 min tour of downtown Honolulu. By the time we got to the Arizona standby line at Pearl Harbor all tickets were gone. I really want my money back because the operator did not provide timely transportation to Pearl

We had an amazing time. Our guide Kimo was full of information and gave a wonderful tour around Honolulu. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to explore around Pearl Harbor.

Although it was a long day, seeing the Arizona Memorial, USS Missouri, and Bowfin Sub was awesome. The narration by Chico as we traveled to and from Pearl Harbor plus the city drive through Honolulu was informative and entertaining.

My husband and I visited the USS Arizona and the USS Missouri with our guide RJ. It was the best way to go in all aspects. RJ was professional, humorous and informative.
Just a tip..food concessions at the USS Missouri close at 3.

Bus was quite warm and it was a bit difficult to understand the guide/driver at times. The tours at the Memorial and Missouri have changed since we were last there and seemed to be more of a cattle’s call than I remember. This was no fault of the E Noa tour company or our guide, though.

Aaron our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour fun. So much to see on the way from Aulani to Pearl Harbor. No bags allowed inside. Take clear small bag or clear baggie. Storage is $7. Movie & museum we’re super. The Battleship Mighty Mo is awesome. Great tour. Must do!

Steve is an excellent tour guide, although most of the "tours" are self-guided. It seems like the Viator tour price could be cheaper and thats why I didn't give 5 stars. You are mainly paying for the transport from your hotel to each of the two memorials; however, Steve did a great job of filling in the gaps.
ENOA tours is very organized though. We had a tire blow out on the freeway and they had another shuttle bus available for us in about 30 minutes or so. It was impressive.

Our Driver and Guide Steve was great and very knowledgeable. His personal input of the beaches, as well as island landscape, was very much appreciated. Our trip began with our bus experiencing a tire blow out!, but he handled it very professionally with minimal delay. Our experience at Pearl Harbor was amazing!

The tour guide / driver Steve did a good job giving us interesting information and facts on our journey. The tour itself was basically self guided. Steve did not go with the group on either the Arizona or Missouri battleship tour. Bottom line the tour was good but it was just basically transportation. We have a rental car and could have easily done this on our own.

Chauncy was a good guide. My only ding on this tour was the times allotted for each place. At the Arizona we did not have enough time to really see the museum, watch the movie and do the memorial. For the Missouri. we did the free tour which started within a few minutes of our arrival. It was great but then practically ran through the self guided tour of the ship inhaled our lunch to get back to the bus on time. The tour made it easy and stress free with the Arizona reservations etc it was a good value, but if I had to do it again I would incur the hassles to be able to go at my own pace because we had the time.

Tour was nice and informative about Oahu and the general area including Honolulu. However, the time was very rushed. Felt like we were on a clock continuously. We ended up going back the next day for a few hours to take in what we did not see and parts we rushed thru. The next day, i learned that for $7 of self parking, the Arizona boat ride was free. ANd you could buy the Missouri and Bowfin tickets right there in the park. The van ride and Honolulu tour could have been foregone for us.

The visit to the Arizona was solemn. A trip everyone should make.
The trip to the Missouri was fact filled and educational. Would probable do this again … love history!
The driver was nice, friendly and accommodating. It was difficult to understand him about 75% of the time due to his mask and the poor audio of the equipment. He also spent a bit too much time of the phonics of the Hawaiian language especially noting the acoustics.
His efforts were recognized and appreciated especially at the beginning of the trip.

Very nice tour to Pearl harbor and driving through the city and the cemetery. We purchased this tour due to the guarantee of the tickets to the Arizona memorial and was not disappointed. Our driver Cousin Shorts was nothing but spectacular, very knowledgeable and very friendly man. If you want to spend a day at Pearl harbor hassle free this is definitely worth it.

The Arizona Memorial and Battleship Missouri were our favorite parts of the tour. We wished we would have had more time to view exhibits in the main park area Visitors Center. Our driver/tour guide was excellent and very impassioned in giving us background information and other facts.
