It was a rainy, cold, windy day . My husband was sick and couldn’t go. My Guide George picked me up at our hotel. I was surprised I was the only tourist and he wanted to continue the tour.
You couldn’t have a guide with more knowledge and patience. He explained so much about the history of Niagra and was willing and able to answer my continued questions. I highly recommend the small group tour and guide George.

Took reservations when the maid of mist in Niagara was not even opened yet for the season and when I called tour operators- he said he can do it later that day when there was not any boats allowed in water for this season yet

Separate and solely held corporation. We are not a branch. They are one of the attractions that we visit when they are open. When they are not running, WE offer other choices. Our Company does not tell customers that the Boat. Is running when IT is not!

I booked this tour 2 days before the date it was to occur. After booking, I noticed there was no pickup time on the booking, nor in the confirmation. I messaged the company through Viator to confirm a pickup time, no response. I called, no answer. I called and emailed again, no response. The day of the tour, I finally got a hold of someone, they said they'd call me back with a time. They didn't. I called again, just to be told that the tour was cancelled. I'm only in Buffalo for a day, now I have to scramble to figure out whether or not I can go see the Falls, if there are even tickets available for the Maid of the Mist at this point. I'm so disappointed. If I hadn't called so many times, when were they going to tell me that the tour was cancelled? Would I have just sat in the lobby for hours? This is ridiculous. Don't use this company.

Wow what an amazing trip. We were surprised to have a private tour with the best guide. Ray was knowledgeable about the history of the falls and was very personable. Thanks for a great day.

Tour package was over price, they don’t do the whole itinerary plus ask for a tip $20 to $30 per person, not professional at all. We really enjoy the falls, we got confused in how the tours package works.

Misty Thunder Limousine picked us up in a stretch limo. Our driver and tour guide Ray was awesome, he stopped for warm chocolate chip cookies for each of us. We skipped the line at the maid of the mist and cave of the winds. On the way back we stopped at three sisters island .

Me and my boyfriend had the best time on our tour with Misty Thunder Limo! Our tour guide Ray picked us up from our hotel in a stretch limo and was very knowledgeable and professional, and he had some great jokes and a wonderful voice! We went straight to Maid of the Mist where we were able to skip the ticket line, and by the time we were done there he had our Cave of the Winds tour already lined up (as well as some delicious fresh cookies for us!) And we also made a stop at Three Sisters Islands which I wasn’t expecting! Going with this company made the whole experience so much smoother and faster than if we had done it ourselves, though we got everything done quickly we never felt rushed at any of the locations. Will definitely recommend this tour to anyone heading up to Niagara!

Ray was our tour guide, and he made my wife's 40th birthday surprise one to remember!
Ray was very good with the children and educated us all on the history of Niagra Falls! During the tour, he also sang a few songs for my wife (birthday present). Ray is by far, the best tour guide and I highly recommend this company.
Before saying goodbye, my son hugged Ray and that tells you, how much of a good time we had with Ray!
Ray, if you are reading this, thank you again for giving our family a trip to remember! Your humor and patience with the traffic were superb. You made it fun and educational; we cannot thank you enough! I hope you get as many trips with customers as you truly deserve my friend!

This is a COMPLAINT.
It is about Viator booking no. BR-1064380875 booked 09/15/2023.
It was a disaster. Your hotline was not available by phone at any time, only Voice Mail. We were told by mail the starting time 3:00 pm. Unfortunately, the guide Ray arrived 20 minutes to late at the meeting point.
THIS WAS THE at your website offered TOUR PROGRAMME in german language:

BUT THIS WAS THE REALLY TOUR:
Ray drove us to his first programme point, Cave of the Winds, bought 4 tickets for us there, sang a song as a former band leader, then he said goodbye and promised to pick us up there again at about 5:30 - 6:00 pm. He told us to give him a call or SMS when we are ready, and so we did. He answered „Yes“, but he did not come, so we waited until 6:25 pm. at the agreed meeting point, unsuccesful. This time was sufficient for us to learn that the last boat trip (Maid of the Mist) started at 5:00 pm.
In the end, all other offered tour destinations could not have reached. The tour start was definitely to late. As Ray did not appear and did not give more answer by mobile phone, we had to WALK !!! from the Cave of the Winds back to the hotel in Canada!
So we are very disappointed and we demand the refund of our money. We payed €437,56 via PayPal. That was not worth the tour!!!

It was a nice and unexpected treat being picked up in a limousine; however, the company never reached out to tell us the time of our tour. The pickup time was between 8am and 8pm. What kind of window is that? I sent repeated chats the days leading up to the trip (with no response). I finally got someone to pick up the phone the night before our excursion at 7pm. They told us our tour was at 3pm-8pm the next day. We thought it’d be a morning tour and we’re not expecting such a late start time. We had to cancel our evening tour of the power and light show and somehow squeeze in dinner. We also have little kids that typically eat at 6pm so this was awkward to try and squeeze in without lots of meltdowns and temper tantrums. The limo was fun though and the kids got a kick out of it. DJ Ray was able to get us to jump the line to buy maiden of the mist tickets, but still had to stand in a long line for the elevator. DJ Ray was juggling multiple families so we had to wait up to 20 min at the end of the night for him to pick us up, when we really just wanted to get home. It was fun to ride a limo, but probably not worth all the extra wait when we could’ve walked or gotten an Uber.

We weren’t able to ride together because of car issues,plus we had 2 kids under 5 which they got into cave of the winds and maid of mist for free bud we still paid over 100 a piece for them on the tour

Ray was very informative, I'm glad we took the tour. His singing is awesome, thank you, ray. Made of the mist was fabulous and the cave of winds has no caves a lot of walking. Be careful if you're taking an older person.

Ray was very informative and spot on to get us to the paid tour locations. The only hiccup was there were 6 of us and the car Ray picked us up in only handled 4. Our hotel was very close to the falls so Ray improvised and took 4 and zipped back to pick up the other 2. He ended the day by singing to us.

What a great/fantastic tour we had, thanks to Ray our guide. The morning was very wet, yet he did a great job with the tour. The attraction lines worked out just right. There is no better way to see the Falls and learn local history.

Ray was our guide and he was wonderful. He got us right on the maid of the mist and into the cave of the winds with no lines and both were so much fun (unless you stress about getting wet). Ray was informative, fun, and has a beautiful voice. He made it a very special day!

We drove to our meeting point which we thought was going to be a pickup at our hotel as it was on the US side and we were staying in Canada. As we were early
we checked tickets for Maid of Mist snd Cave of Winds. It would have cost us about $100 CDN for both of us. Our guide did prepay our tickets but only walked us to each event and met us after each. We did had a short ride in the limo to the other side of goat island for a short walk an a couple pictures on our own phones. Ray was nice, a good singer but only told us what we has already Googled. We paid $316 CDN for what we could have easily done ourselves with minimal effort. Definitely not worth the price plus the 30% tip Ray expected!
