He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He also took pics for people, ensuring that they captured those memories.

This experience was truly awesome. Our Tour Guide Steve was amazing! I have taken the Maid of the Mist before but without the Tour you just don’t get all the awesome information and hidden gems of Niagara state park. The walk takes you through a scenic route and the Cave of the winds is a BEAUTIFUL up close and personal way to view the falls. On the Maid of the mist the Poncho they provide will keep you dry but if you want the absolute full experience at the cave of the winds you should wear some type of water shoes and clothes you wouldn’t mind getting wet in.

Maid of the Mist is an amazing experience. Cave of Winds is also great. Out tour guides Gino & wife were very knowledgeable about the history. Enjoyed greatly.

We showed up for the tour and no one showed up. There was us along with other families that book through Viator that Had no idea the tour had been canceled.

The tour is good and worth taking. One feedback that I would like to share is that it should accommodate visitors who arrive bit late as it’s difficult to find parking spot even if you reach destination ahead to time. I called them and guy on the phone was rude and did not understand my concern as I told I am facing issue in finding parking spot, I believe the tour guide was not that person in the phone. Tour guide was so nice a and accommodating he share the location and asked to come at that spot

I booked the tour in early March. You sent me a confirmation on March 4th, with tickets, and instructions as to where you would pick us up (Hilton Niagara Falls). May 14th at 9am was the confirmed date and time. Your tour expert did not show up, call, or use any communications methods to contact us. All information as to date, time and location on YOUR confirmation was accurate……….however no one showed up, no apology or explanation offered………and now you have the nerve to ask me if I’d recommend you to a friend…….

Our trip was amazing thanks to put your guide Peter. He was knowledgeable about every place we went to. The tour we purchased online had a service that wasn’t available for the winter time and Peter was quick to let us know, and once we got to the tour he was kind enough to make it up to us by inviting us to another tour. He knew my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary and made it special for us. We couldn’t have had a better experience thanks to him. Peter is highly recommended!

Most memorable were the cordiality of the "owner" - Brett and his knowledgabled guide -Peter. Of course the views of the Falls were incredible. My issue was that this was booked as a ride on the Maid of the Mist - this was the priority. All boat trips to the horseshoe falls on the American side were canceled effective 4 days prior to ours being scheduled. The owner knew this but didn't give us notice prior to showing up at 900 am - even though he knew. We should've had the option prior to cancel (or not). I do wish him success and we all made the best of the "b plan".

Our two guides, Brett and Peter, were outstanding. Brett drove us to where the story of the Falls started, to where the Falls are now, stopping to beautiful views on the way and going through lovely neighbourhoods. Peter our main guide was very friendly and very enthusiastic, explaning and commenting on everything we saw . He answered all the questions we had, we went through all the attractions without waiting or queuing. We really felt more like VIPs than tourists. Feeding the birds and squirrels in Niagara State Park was great. Both gentlemen where very passionate about the Niagara Falls and eager to share that with us.
