We met up with Uncle Mo on the niagara tour bus. He was very informative and went out of his way to make sure we seen everything.

We visited Niagara Falls for my birthday and did this tour on 3/28/2024. Our guide was Uncle Moe and he was an amazing and very patient tour guide. we did have some inconsiderate and unpleasant people in our group and Uncle Moe handled them with 100% respect. Uncle Moe is very knowledgeable and my husband and I really enjoyed our day with him.

Unfortunately, the weather conditions (rain and fog) didn't allow us to enjoy the trip and 1 day before the excursion I cancelled it and asked for the full refund, but they payed me back just 50%.
I am still waiting for the rest of my money (I sent a message asking for that).
The BAD WEATHER condition is not my fault and the excursion I bought has the GOOD WEATHER as a condition to happen successfully.
