Rum Runner II departs from 24 Bannister’s Wharf, located next to the outdoor eating area of the Black Pearl & Clarke Cooke House. The booth is outdoor with a green awning that says “Newport Classic Cruises”. Take your first right before walking past the outdoor eating area of the Black Pearl.

- Please note parking is difficult in Newport, especially on weekends. Allow at least 60 minutes to park, especially on weekends and holidays as no refunds are given for missing the boat. Guests should plan to arrive at our ticket booth 20 minutes prior to your departure time to check-in. The boat will leave promptly at the scheduled departure time. Please plan accordingly and allow for ample time for parking.

Fun crew! They gave us some great stories during the tour, good laughs and made sure we had a great ride and experience. The weather was fantastic and we got some stunning sunset pics!!

Not much narration or description of what we were seeing. They answered our questions, but didn’t offer much otherwise.

We booked the sunset cruise for a party of 5 and it was a great time Little narration , but didn’t need it On way back he let the boat rip some and it was fun ! Highly recommend. Smaller boat , not overly stuffed with people
My daughter and I went on the 7:30 PM sunset cruise on July 3 and had a wonderful experience. We got beautiful shots of sunset and sailboats while enjoying a seven dollar cocktail Way cheaper than New York and New Jersey prices! The crew members were very friendly and overall a great experience.
We had a wonderful time on this sunset cruise! Jay and Hunter were a great duo and made the trip informative, enjoyable, and entertaining! Everything was well organized. Would take another cruise with Newport Classic again!

Nice open air boat with friendly captain and first mate. Lovely tour of the harbor with some light info on the sights. Complimentary ginger ale or water if you do not purchase alcoholic drinks.
Great way to see a Newport sunset. The crew were friendly and engaging, would highly recommend the Rum Rumner II.
We were running a little late trying to find parking. I recommend leaving very early as parking is an issue. They called a couple times looking for us which was nice. Drinks you purchase tickets on land and exchange on the boat for a very limited selection. This is definitely not a booze cruise but more of a little site seeing but there is no narration which I would have liked. Very pleasant staff. For what I paid worth the money.

Fun trip- provided scenic views of the lighthouse, a few larger houses, the harbor, fort, as well as the newport bridge. Very smooth relaxed ride. My only complaint is that the beverage selections are somewhat limited. I personally can't deal with carbonation, or overly sweet options, but that's all their was. Overall, I would definitely do business with this company again.

This boat ride was so fun! Highly recommend. My husband and I loved that we could see the lights of the bridge at night. The weather didn’t really allow for a beautiful sunset, but it was still was a very enjoyable experience!

The sunset was an amazing experience. The team was very welcoming and friendly. They gave us some blanket as the weather was a bit chilly.. We saw an overview of Newport and the house of the rocks. Very nice and beautiful first sunset cruise of the season. Thanks a lot to the team
