- Departure point is the Hamilton Aquarium Transit Center, 23 America's Cup Ave, Newport RI, platform #2. Parking is available on site for a fee.
- The duration of this tour is 160-180 minutes depending on traffic conditions
- All tours depart promptly at their scheduled times
- This enclosed trolley tour operates rain or shine except during and after winter weather events which involve snow or ice
- Please do not meet directly at the Breakers mansion. You will visit the attraction during the trolley tour
- Youth under 17 must be accompanied by an adult
- Our drivers have updated manifests on their devices. Cancelled tickets are not accepted for admission
- These tours are NOT handicapped accessible. Folding walkers and wheelchairs are limited to 30 lbs. We cannot accommodate battery powered scooters and chairs.
- The trolley is not handicapped accessible.. Driver may assign seating based on customer needs
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 36 travelers

We missed our booking by 10 minutes due to a car accident. This was beyond our control and we tried numerous times trying to get in contact with this tour operator. I messaged them through Viator. I left voicemails and even tried getting in contact with them via Facebook and never received a response. We waited over an hour for the next tour and the driver could only provide us with the breakers tickets. And as I write this review still no response. So buyer beware getting in contact with these folks is impossible .

Bernee, you missed the tour because you failed to properly plan to arrive early as we suggest. Other passengers on the tour were commenting on the traffic due to an accident and they were on time and took the tour. Therefore, your missing the tour was COMPLETELY within your control. You calling the office and leaving rude VMs demanding us to hold the tour for you would not have happened because we would not incovenience our other guests on the tour would made the effort to arrive on time.Further, your rude behavior towards our tour guide was unacceptable. As a courtesy our tour guide not only gave you mansion tickets but also delayed his tour so he could explain to you how to get to the mansion AND save $35 in parking fees . Something he had no obligation to do. Of course you ask for a refund AND you were denied , so of course not surprisingly we get a retalitory review. How about this Bernee, take responsibility for your error in proper planning for your arrival and appreciate the consideration that our tour guide exhibited to you.

The bus driver/tour guide gives out the tickets for the Mansion Tour on the bus. We weren't advised of this at all and went around looking for the "pick up" point for the tickets. Please let people know exactly who gives out the tickets. The driver/tour guide was very good. You can get a free bus and go all around town - hop on and off for free. The tour bus/trolley was very nice.

Fun driver. Lots of information shared. Can use your iPhone at the Breakers for self tour audio (bring ear buds). Great way to kick off your visit to Newport.

Troy was knowledgeable and very entertaining. The trolley was comfy. We had fun seeing the sites without needing to drive on our own. The mansions are next level ridiculous but an interesting part of history.

Perfect way to start a trip to Newport! The mansions are lovely but the tour does a great job at giving you the lay of the land. Would recommend doing the tour on the front end of a trip to give you ideas of where to return. Great recommendations, VAST amounts of interesting info, expertly delivered by the incomparable Trolley Rob! Just the right amount of time at the Breakers. A must do!
