Aiden was engaging, fun, and very informative. His love of history is apparent as he tells the stories of Newport.
Guide was engaging - good stories. Discrepancies about start time was only issue. Walked all around Newport
Aidan was great! The history of Newport was great which always preceded the ghost stories. He has a great personailty. (I also do local tours.)
Great tour - learned Newport history and some spooky stories. Make sure everyone in your party is ready to actually walk! Isabel was a great guide and we had a lot of fun.

This tour was very interesting and educational. My husband and I would highly recommend this tour. It is also fun.
Be able and prepared to walk long distances. I know this seems obvious by the title but partly that was with us had to leave early because they were not able to walk the long distance. It’s is lovely 90 minute evening experience. Robert, our guide, was knowledgeable and fun to talk to. He had great stories about the local lore and area. Highly recommend. Looking to book one of his day time trolley tours when we return next year.
We loved that our guide shared not only ghost stories but did a deep dive into history which we appreciated.
It was very interesting and historical but not as spooky as I thought it would be. We would have liked more ghosts stories. But overall we enjoyed it very much. Our guide was very knowledgeable. Great night 🙂
A lot of walking but worth it, very informative and fun strolling newport learned a lot about the history of many buildings and properties throughout newport. The guide was well informed and pleasant and the kids enjoyed the ghost stories about a lot of the venues we visited

This tour was educational and spooky! Derek was fantastic! We had our 10, 8 and 4 year old kids that thoroughly enjoyed it. Weather was perfect. Our kids asked a lot of questions but Derek was awesome at listening to them and answering them!

Our tour guide, Spiderella, was friendly and knowledgeable. She was even able to share anecdotal stories locals had shared with her. I will say, although ghost stories were definitely told, the tour did feel a little more history heavy than ghost centered. Also, while I didn't think the walk was difficult, our guide made a point to warn us that it contained a hill, some narrow sidewalks, and some cobble stone, so that's something to consider depending on your mobility.
Spiderella was our guide for this tour. She was very friendly and told us a lot about the history of Newport as we walked to different destinations around town. She sprinkled in stories of ghostly encounters that have happened at each location as well. So it wasn’t scary, more historical and a great way to see the area! Highly recommend!
