Lots of fun, lots of information. Katherine did a great job. We saw parts of the terminal that we didn’t know existed. Part of the tour was outside so we got that view as well

Meeting point us not visible from information clock and tour guide had NO green flag. I Called tour co at 11 She told me to stay at main information booth and kept me on hold for 15 min. NO help! I found tour myself by asking every guide till I found the correct group.That being said Rick was wonderful once we found him.

Our group of three loved the tour of Grand Central. Our guide, Kevin, was excellent. He kept the group moving and gave a very good history of both New York City and Grand Central. He shared some experiences from his childhood growing up in the city that were very enjoyable. I thought afterwards - what a shame if some of those bits of history were never shared and lost to future generations. Our group became interested in the historical structure after reading The Masterpiece by Fiona Davis.

This was a great tour. I've always wanted to do this tour. Joe, our guide, was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Grand Central Terminal. Did you know this is the third building?? Who knew? Just a note, if you decide to go on the weekend the Oyster Bar, a true landmark, is closed on the weekends.

Sean and ZZ did a good job. Knowledgeable and affable, with good pacing. A 90 minute Grand Central tour requires decisions about to leave out, and I found the balance/choices good.

It was informative but we thought it was going to cover different topics. Apparently the MTA has changed what can and can't be discussed and shared so we were a bit disappointed with that aspect. Guide was very good.

Absolutely the WORST company.... Do not use Viator... not only did they not show up ... they refused to refund my cost... Even the local tour compnay they used could not contact the guide they said was there...
Repeat do not use Viator... they are just consolidators and have did not make effort to reach out tto he local guide they use.
What nerve to take someones money then not perform but still refuse to give it back.

Kath, our tour guide was very knowledgeable, coupled with a good sense of humour. However, we encountered lots of issues with the head sets so missed key details. Also from the little information provided by Viator it was very difficult to identify the meeting point for this tour.
