Jo was fantastic! You've never met a person who cares more about their subject matter and has funnier little quips during their tour. I was solo on the tour because my spouse had a work event. Jo was so welcoming and lovely and brought me into the group to make sure I felt included and involved. And again, just so much fun! Oh! And, she has a really solid bathroom cleanliness scale. When booking this tour it said it was a max of 6 people. however when we got there it was a larger group. We would of never booked it had we known. our tour guide was nice but we were very disappointed from the get go. We also had an emergency cancellation and she was unable to help us.

What a fun night with Steven! He was hilarious and my husband and I had a wonderful time hearing ghost stories around the French Quarter. He kept us thoroughly entertained and we'd highly recommend this tour.

Terrible experience with the tour operator. I was mistreated and could never find the meeting point. Contacted them on the phone and they told me to look for a guy with a hat with no other orientation or place to meet them (I spent one hour trying to find this guys and didn’t succeed, also gave them my phone and no one called me). I may remind you that we are tourists and we need a contact that can help us in case of an emergency. The tour operator didn’t oriented me neither helped me.
Terrible experience. I’m so disappointed because I really wanted to take it.
