Our driver was Ray. Ray was early and very communicative!
The ride was smooth and comfortable.
Vehicle was clean and very nice. We always worry about getting to the airport on time and we were thrilled when Ray texted he was already in the area to get us quite a bit before our scheduled pick up time. During the ride Ray was very friendly and a pleasure to talk to.

Our driver was Caitlyn. Communication was excellent. She was prompt friendly and never got aggravated even though all the streets were closed off and she couldn’t get us to our hotel. She worked with us to find a way around it never once showed any irritation with the situation. Would definitely use her service again.

Caitlin was communicative and on time. She messaged the day before and the day of service to confirm the luggage count. We were met curbside, but that maybe associated with airport parking limitations. Caitlin assisted with our bags, and we were on our way. The vehicle was nice, spacious, and clean, and we arrived at our hotel in the garden district safely. My friend tipped because I paid for the ride, but she didn’t know how much the ride cost. Sorry it was low Caitlin. It certainly should have been more. You were great. Thanks!

Brandon texted me to let him know when I had Landed which I didn’t see until we landed because during the flight you’re on airplane mode. The website says the driver will come inside with name signs to meet and greet you and help with luggage, which I really needed. If you book through this site apparently they do not include the meeting you inside the airport and helping you with your luggage. We got our things and waited outside. Our driver had texted me which door he’d be at. However, he was not even curbside when we got outside with our luggage, but we only waited a few minutes for him to arrive. When I asked him about why we weren’t met inside, he said it was because we didn’t book through the actual company website but rather through the aviator website. He was dressed nice. He helped load the luggage into the trunk. On the way to our hotel he was talkative. He suggested a party for us to attend but he was talking about it would be full of social media influencers but at the age of 50, that didn’t interest us.I would have preferred to hear about the parts of the city we were driving through or nice restaurants , but he had engaged himself in a conversation with my partner about anime. However he drove safely and the car was clean. We got to where we needed to be. It was efficient, but an Uber does basically the same thing. I was trying to have a more elevated experience and other than his nice suit, this wasn’t that.

All instructions are emailed when a reservation is made, including where to meet the driver. Meet and greet is available upon request. Brandon is professional and very talkative. I'm sure if you would have jumped into the conversation with questions about NOLA, he would have given plenty of suggestions. I'm glad the car was clean and he drove you safely to your hotel:))

Our plane was late, so I can’t fault the driver She gets 5 stars, but the description and picture of the vehicle were not correct. We were picked up in a SUV and not a coupe and the SUV had been hit as it had scratch’s on the passenger side, it was clean and a luxury one but just not what I was expecting.

Yes, with the airlines, delays are common and this is the reason why our drivers track the flight. We make sure the driver is there at the time of the arrival.
I do apologize about the scratches on the vehicle. Thank you for making me aware of it. I will have our body and paint guy on it immediately.
Sometimes, we do send SUVs on our transfers, free upgrades, but in this case, I do apologize that it wasn't a Sedan.
I see that you have a return with us and will definitely make sure it will be a Luxury Sedan for your return. I let Debi know about her 5 star rating and she appreciated that. She loved the expression when your wife saw the Birthday sign:)) We appreciate our clients letting us know if anything is wrong with our service and always do what it takes to meet our clients expectations.
Hopefully in the future, Viator comes up with another kind of star rating system that allows it to be broken down into categories to improve the overall star rating a little bit:))

Please be aware this is not a round trip transfer. It says to/from which is misleading. Company claims he doesn't know why Viator does this. Well the answer is to change the wording so others are not mislead into believing this is a round trip. Owner wanted to offer us a deal for another $50 back to the airport, but I said no thank you. Just left a bad taste in my mouth that it wasn't clear up front and pointed the the finger at Viator. Only good thing was the driver, Rodney, a professional!.

First off, thanks for using us and yes, we did receive a text from you saying that Rodney was a professional driver. I'm not sure why you put one star, considering Rodney was a professional driver, the vehicle was a nice vehicle, and everything went good on your ride into New Orleans.
The manager responded to your email saying that we didn't have you scheduled for a return. We thought maybe you booked it with another service. Once we saw that you booked a one way and thought it was a roundtrip, we offered you a 50% off discount just to help you out, not to leave a bad taste in your mouth. Not sure why we would do that in the first place because we were just trying to help you out.
In our products, we have "roundtrip" options offered as well as "one way" options offered. When you made a reservation, there was no place on the form that said "date and time of your return" because it was a one way not a roundtrip.
This would be the last thing we want is to make everyone think we're misleading them because based on all of our positive 5 star reviews, we would never do that. On our products page, "private transfer in a luxury vehicle and and from MSY Airport" This means we offer transportation to and from the airport. We then have "one way" rates and "roundtrip" rates.
If any client after or before making a reservation ever asked us if it's one way or roundtrip, we would tell them, not try to mislead them. This is the reason we never had you on the return because it was a "one way" transfer.
From the beginning, we've always offered "one way" and roundtrip with all of our products. We've had many rides with Viator and never had this issue with a client, especially putting a one star review on a ride that went perfectly fine with the vehicle and chauffeur.
Once again, sorry for the confusion, but this is why we offer a "roundtrip and one way" option with all of our products
