The river was a little flooded at the time, but we were still able to go down the river.
And because of the distance
We actually went twice, could have probably gone a third time. Very friendly and accommodating.
As my son switched what he was using to go down the river.

We had a great time on our tubing trip. The river was very high because of all of the rain, but the owner, Jeff, was in touch several times by phone with updates, and the day of our trip was beautiful weather. We had a big group, with ages from 4 to 60, and we all had a great time.

Lots of fun. Jeffrey is passionate about his business. Everyone around him can feel it. The area had flooded when we went and they were so willing to accommodate us however we wanted (refund or different activity or proceed). We were so appreciative of their proactive approach, informing us of those weather-related challenges. The tube floating was so fun.

We had fun! Owner was very friendly and survivor island was fun too! Better experience 2nd round- 1st round 1 of the kids flipped out and couldn’t get back in for at least 10 minutes but they had life jackets and everything was fine -just scared but not scared enough to not go again….

Slow float for 20 minutes and then they take you back up river to do it again. Not really three hours. Nice workers but not worth the price. We floated for 20-40 minutes and left.

The length of the float trip is completely dependent on the ever changing river levels. The higher the river level the faster the float trip, it can range from 25 - 45 minutes per trip and we pick you up and bring you back. You are able to do as many trips as you would like during the 3 hour time frame which it clearly states in the description.

We had the best time! Very peaceful float and the staff was BEYOND amazing! I dropped my phone getting out of the raft (that was thankfully in a waterproof holder) and he got in the water and found it! Totally above and beyond for us and we are so grateful!
Definitely check this place out. Everyone that worked there was so kind and helpful and had the biggest smiles.

It was a birthday celebration and a great time. Jeff and Libby were wonderful and lots of fun.
I gave a 4 not 5 because of the life vests. They were gross. They had a very strong BO smell and sandy. If you’re required to wear the vest they should be an acceptable clean.
Otherwise everything was what we were hoping for .

This was the first time I ever went Tubing and it was fun. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I will have to do the kayaking next time. The staff was awesome also. I don't know how to swim but I didn't have any problems. This was my birthday gift to myself. My sistas came with me which made it even funnier. None of us knew how to swim.

My family and I had a blast at River Island Adventures tubing and kayaking! We paddled down the River then floated back. We beached an on island and ate lunch we brought along in a floating cooler. We also played games. I highly recommend for a summer fun filled day!

It was great until we got to the end of the river or a turnaround we wasn’t sure what to do there was no instructions on that but all in all it was a great trip my first time ever kayaking but as I said I didn’t know what to do when we got to the end

We had a magnificent time! The river was low so my understanding is it should've been even better. We would definitely do this again! Beth and Cameron were amazing! So nice and very accommodating. The owner Jeff even gave us a ride on the pontoon! LOVED our day with these folks!

The river was low, but we did exactly what we wanted to do. Three adults were able to have a single person kyayak. We paddle as far as we could, then turned around. The area was well kept. The service was on point. Very satisfied.

A nice lazy trip. I brought a novice so water level abs currents we just right for us. A great River to learn.
But durning Rainey season, it would be a challenging river.
