Great leisurely trip. The capt. was friendly, informative, funny and kept everyone engaged. Jacob was great, took care of everyone's needs, Plus made yummy frozen cocktails. Great trip for kids. Smaller boat and groups. We saw multiple Dolphins and stopped at Bird Island. Long enough for a short walk in the sand. Highly recommend this trip. Beautiful day on the water.

We saw no dolphins but the cruise was fun particularly because. Sprain Ben was lively and amusing and his sidekick Jake was excellent in keeping us supplied with drinks and snacks. A fun experience.
The experience was amazing! We went at 6pm, perfect for sunset. We got to stop at Birds Island for a good 15 minutes. Dolphins unfortunately didn’t wanna say Hi to us but overall it was still a great experience. Thanks to Captain Ben!
Captain Forrest and Captain Jacob were both amazing!! My husband and I were in north myrtle Beach for our 15th wedding anniversary!! We had an absolute blast
The experience was fun even if we didn’t see dolphins. The boat ride was relaxing and the tour guides were cool. The boat was slightly crammed, but it wasn’t too bad. Stopping at the island at sunset was amazing and we got some incredible pictures. Would definitely recommend.
We had several concerns
1. We placed orders for purchase...One of the orders was for a strawberry daiquiri...After my daughter tasted it, she said pina colada was in it (she is allergic) the guy never asked if it was okay......I called him over...the excuse he gave did not match the menu or conversation to see if it was okay to do...he did not want to take it back, even after telling him she was allergic
2. He had an attitude when asked to exchange the small bag of popcorn for chips
3. When he was doing the sing-dance along, he clearly ignored us then and throughout the experience. The only time we were a person was when he helped me back on board while holding a baby.
4. The beach stop was a barren beach...we stopped there for what? Seemed like 5, maybe 10 minutes after we were on there they were blowing the horn to get right back on the boat
5. When we were closing out our ticket, there were questions and he just walked away
I just have to wonder, was it racial, or just he did not like us? He communicated with all others on board and treated them with smiles and a good vibe.
The boat ride was ok we did not see any dolphins or any other marine creatures. Lots of boats offer free return ride if you are not able to see dolphins on the trip, which the company needs to consider.

I’m sorry to hear you didn’t enjoy the cruise. Unfortunately there is no guarantee that you will see dolphins or any other wild animals on every single trip. We have an extremely high success rate and probably close to 80 or 90% of the trips find them. We do offer a nice returning customer discount for you to come back and try again. The other companies you are referring to are strictly Dolphin tour boats that hold over 150 people so they are able to bring people back out. Ours is a smaller more intimate cruise that only holds 32 people so we do not have the availability to offer a return ticket nor could we afford to do so. In addition our cruise does the stop at the barrier island where y’all got off the boat to hangout and explore the undeveloped beaches so another opportunity to see some wildlife and experience nature without human development, the tidal pools on the island almost always have fiddler and hermit crabs running around and often will find sand dollars, conch shells and so much more.
I understand and share your disappointment that we couldn’t find the dolphins for you and hope we get another opportunity to have you back out with us to try again.
The view was amazing, and so was the staff. We were lost and couldn't find the place, missing our appointment time. But we called them, and they told us to come anyway, and they got us in. It was my first time, so if you get a chance, I suggest you do it. It was very amazing.

We had a nice time..thr tour guides was informative and entertaining..they were helpful and friendly..Aiden and Jakob was top notch..they made us comfortable and we felt safe with them..LOVED IT

Overall good. The first mate, Brandon spent more time flirting with two young women than serving others. He made it super awkward.
Capt Mary was great!

Thanks for sharing your feedback. Unfortunately we can’t control all the actions of the other guests. Mary did tell us she tried her best to seperate this woman from the rest of the group and spoke to her multiple times about her behavior and threatened to have her removed from the boat.
As far as Brandon he is one of our top mates and consistently sells more galley than any of the other crew. I think there may have been a misunderstanding, the women you are referring to were celebrating a birthday on the trip and he was just trying to make it a special occasion for them. We have reached out to the customer and they assured us they were not uncomfortable at any time with his behavior and had a great trip with us.
I hope we have another opportunity to have you on the cruise with us and definitely check out all the other fun a activities our company offers and take advantage of the return customer discount
We had a great time. Capt. Mary and first mate Brandon were very knowledgeable of the area and very welcoming. We saw several dolphins at the 12:00 - 2:00 booking times.

Mary was great but boat spits at you the whole time . They need to say on a night cruise they no matter where you are in the boat you will get wet. No shelling at all.

The boat does not always spray like you are talking about. It depends on wind and what direction we are heading and how rough the weather is. But it still is a boat out in the ocean so there’s a chance you will get some spray especially sitting more in the front. Hope to see y’all again soon for another cruise

Fun boat ride with very nice employees! We got to see dolphins and the stop on the little barrier island was so cute and a nice addition! They even let the kids “drive the boat”, I would definitely recommend :)

I cannot say enough great things about this experience. It was awesome. HOT!!! But amazing. Our Captains Chip and Mary were absolutely wonderful!!!! They have a wealth of knowledge and it shows. We had dolphins swim right next to our boat. Then getting off at the island was a lot of fun! They also had some drinks to purchase on the boat which was really nice especially with the heat!! Don't forget your cash cause they truly deserve a tip at the end!!!! Would do this boat ride over and over!!! Great excursion!!

Crew was not entertaining played old music that no one on the boat was into. Left 15 mins late for one party of three. I would not do this again.

We went for the dolphin sightseeing cruise with family, seniors to elementary age kids. No dolphins sightings but we all had a good time. The guides Ben, Jabe were great. I would recommend!
