The boat crew was great when heading out to go fishing we encounter a pop up storm with heavy winds and rain the boat handled it amazing and the crew did a great job, keeping everybody where they needed to be and tending to the people who got sea sick during the storm. Fishing was fun and would definitely go out fishing with them again.
Loved this experience! The crew was friendly and helpful. They were great at explaining the techniques to us novices and we caught lots of fish (only one was large enough for us to keep, but we still had fun). The weather was great. One in our party found out about seasickness, but the crew took care of him too. All in all a great time and a relaxing cruise to and from our fishing spots!
I booked this for a boys trip on our family vacation (this is not a boys only event, everyone is welcome, that’s just what I chose to do). Let me tell you all the men and boys came back smiling ear to ear, with a list of other experiences voyager offers added to their bucket list!! They absolutely loved it, great bonding experience and confidence builder to catch, bring home and filet dinner for the family the experience extended beyond the boat. (They will clean and filet in the boat for you but my boys wanted to do it themselves) we will definitely be booking again!!
While I was aware of the rain upon arrival, I trusted that the captain and crew would advise us to reschedule if conditions were unsafe. Unfortunately, that did not happen. The decision to go out on the ocean under such terrible conditions put the lives of my family and several other families in danger. Wind conditions were way too high for us to be on the water. The experience was traumatic, and at least 90% of the passengers became ill including a crew member.
Although we were issued a voucher to book another trip, the company did not address the severe distress we experienced. Given the circumstances, we do not feel safe returning to the water with the same crew.
After I emailed they responded only to say that we could mail the vouchers back for a full refund. While I appreciate the refund, I am still looking for accountability regarding the dangerous conditions we were subjected to. Our experience was highly traumatic, and I hope this situation is being reviewed seriously to ensure it does not happen to other families.
Staff was very friendly and patient. Equipment was well maintained and the staff was very helpful. I recommend buying the shrimp bait
Went on your fishing trip. Capt Dave and his crew,Joe, Justin(I think) were outstanding. These guys had it down. Very polite, helpful. I’m a licensed captain as well, however I’ve been off the ocean for 30+years. I got a little heat stroke and Justin brought me a cold wet towel. Improved right away. The trip was great. I did manage to get sick, but it was minor. Captain Dave did an outstanding job of reading the water, slowed down to help keep a smooth ride when he saw a larger swell. I can’t say enough about this crew. I know from experience that taking care of 50+ passengers is not easy. I hope everyone tipped them because they really deserved it. Well done guys!!! 10 stars!!!🌟 Thank you for a great day.

The boys loved the fishing and I enjoyed watching however I got very sea sick bit good experience with that exception
Cheap way to get out on the water and catch a few fish. The crew were all super friendly and quick to help those folks who needed assistance getting the fish off. Would recommend for any age.
Joe the instructor was very nice informative and patient, however the owner who checked us in and other instructor not so much. The outside of the boat had more people than seats. So make sure you arrive early if you want to sit on the outside. The water was very choppy and only a few ppl caught fish. A few people actually got very sick, Had it been Better weather it would be a great activity for the price. But for us the experience was a 3/10.
Great team running the experience. Unfortunately, we dealt with rough water for half of the day although only two of guests were vomiting over the side rails of the ship. But the boys made it fun. I'll go back for more but not until I check the sea forecast for the day
Had a great time fishing in the Atlantic Ocean. We got about 2 hrs of fishing time. The sea was a bit rough on the day we went but we still got a few good catches. The crew was very helpful and took good care of me and my friends
Crew . Dave and Allen were amazing. It was my First time on deep sea fishing. Great experience. Inexpensive to have a fun laid back afternoon. Captain moved a few times to get us on bigger fish. But that’s fishing. I would definitely do it again.
Worth every penny! Crew members are very helpful/knowledgeable in every way! The ride itself was perfect! Kudos to all the crew.
