We also appreciate you mentioning the arrival time. We do have a show that takes place prior to this one, so there is time needed to flip the theater, reset, and clean between shows. That’s why guests are not admitted before 6:15 PM. Additionally, late arrivals are not seated. Thank you again for pointing this out—it really helps future guests plan their evening with us.

The show is good
They give you only a 40 minute window to show up , or no refund. They ever drove in Myrtle Beach traffic ?
They have guessing 50 chairs set up. Only have two very small bathrooms to share with the males and females . Only give you a 20 minute break , if you smoke , they will lock you out . The male singers were awesome and very funny. Good show though there was no instruments.

We do provide arrival instructions in advance so guests have time to check in and be seated before showtime, especially since another performance is often taking place before this show. Our venue has seating for up to 130 guests, and our restroom capacity is rated appropriately for the space. We also ask guests to return promptly during intermission so the performance can resume on schedule for everyone in attendance. The minute we walked in the theatre we were treated awful because we purchased our tickets through Viator! The tickets cost us $15 more than the luster price at the theatre and they made it clear we were seated in the last row because purchasing them through Viator!

Thank you for attending the Original Motown Tribute Show and for taking the time to post a review. However, several statements in your review are not accurate and should be clarified.
First, no guest at GTS Theatre is ever treated poorly because of where their tickets were purchased. Guests who purchase through third-party platforms are welcomed exactly the same as guests who book directly. We simply inform visitors that booking direct often saves money and provides access to better seating options.
Second, your statement that you were seated in the last row of the theatre is incorrect. Your party was upgraded to the fourth row. When seating allows, we frequently move guests who purchased through third-party sites forward so they can enjoy the show even more.
Third-party platforms such as Viator set their own pricing and keep a significant portion of the ticket revenue before the theatre receives its share. Because of this, those tickets are normally assigned to the Bronze seating section toward the back of the theatre. Even so, in your case we improved your seating location when availability allowed.
For these reasons, the claim that you were treated poorly or seated in the last row does not reflect what actually occurred that evening. Our team works very hard to ensure every guest has a positive and enjoyable experience.

Please purchase directly from GTS theatre. We paid $128.00 to sit in very back against the wall. We had to pay more at theatre if we wanted an upgrade to better seats. Rip Off!

One of the most entertaining shows we have ever seen. 7 exceptionally talented singers who took us back in time to the music we love so much, Motown. The show was interactive which added to the captivating evening. The only criticism is that it ended in 2 hours! It is a must see show!!

Be on time! The singers are GREAT! a lot of people sbowed up and the singers were interactive. The singers blended well they need a little more soul and movement for the males. The really tall one seemed sad even tho he had a very good voice! The women and one of the other men were great!
