We paid for the audio tour, downloaded the app, received confirmation of the purchase and followed the instructions but the pd tour never showed in the windows where it should have so we paid for Nothing. V disappointed and will avoid using this platform in the future.

Make sure you read the fine print. They said I bought tickets to the Arches National Park but it was actually vouchers to get the tickets. They did not give an address on where to go get tickets. I wasted $20

A must if you’re short on time through Arches

We only had about an hour or two to explore Arches and this audio tour was PERFECT. There is no real internet connection in the park so downloading the tour before arriving is essential. We played it on the requisite app, and it tracked our position and gave information about all the sights, with historical, scientific and interesting tidbits. Loved it!
