Cut out a lot and couldn’t access for the front part that we missed by starting at different place. Thought it was suppose to work without internet but when it cut out it required internet to restart

It looks like you may have started from a different location, but following the provided route should ensure everything works smoothly. My support hours are 9–6 EST, and our products are valid forever, so you have plenty of time to use them or request a replacement/refund if needed.

What a wonderful experience!!! My wife and I are were absolutely in awe of the Canyonlands NP by itself, but have our own "personal" guide to explain the history and significant made it unbelievable!! Being able to tour the park at our pace made it perfect!!

This is our second national park we've explored with Action Tour Guide. We enjoy the list of highlights (must see's) and history lessons that accompany us throughout our trip. This is a great option for someone who might have limited time.
We downloaded prior to arrival without issues. There were some areas, that the posted speed limit, was faster than the narrative, and sections were missed. Thankfully, the park wasn't that busy, so we were able to drive a little slower to match the app speed.

Email passcodes were a challenge that needed to be solved by a phone call. Tour starts before you get into the park. Make sure to check the start location for the tour stops.

Grandview pointe. nice easy hike about 2 mi. there are staircases but doable. Nice to know ahead of time where to pull off and see special sites that are recommended

Very informative and organized tour. Enjoyed it with the family on our own ride across Canyonlands park. Recommend to anyone wishing to learn more about the park. Just make sure you have enough snacks/food/water on your trip as there is basically none anywhere in the park and it took us 5 hours to cover the entire recommended path.

We wanted to drive through Canyonlands National Park so we could go at our own pace and have the flexibility to stay shorter or longer at any of the stops. We have never used an audio tour, so we decided to try it. I am so glad we did as it was super easy and intuitive. We drove along the route at the recommended speed, and listened to the narrator share stories about the next stop we were en-route to see. We learned a lot and had a great time.

The canyons were spectacular. Coming in the back way through mining orations was very interesting. The cliff side drives were adventurous, but John was in full control.

This was my first trip to a national park. I had no idea what to expect. This tour made it easy to see what to do, how to do it, and the path to get there. The map and app worked perfectly with my iPhone. Make sure to download it before entering the park.

The code did not arrive in time for us to use it. The help note said to wait 2-3 hours and try to get it again. We had a time line so had to go without it. There is no service in Canyonlands so we paid but got nothing. I would like a refund. We did use the Arches audio tour and loved it. Which is why we bought Canyonlands at the last minute. When we bought Arches it arrived immediately. We were very disappointed.

We were skeptical that the driving tour would add much to our visit but boy were we wrong! The app worked flawlessly and told historical stories and described the scenery and how it was formed. It worked flawlessly! Pressed start and it just worked as we drove. Well worth the cost! Will definitely use at other parks.
