It was perfectly narrated and we learned so much about the history of the different structures and the landscape that we were coming up to. We would never have known this information if we were just driving it on our own!

Make sure you plan enough time in the park to see everything. This place is totally amazing. The landscape is other worldly.
Response from Host, Oct 2025
Dorothy, I’m so glad you enjoyed my Arches National Park Self-Guided Driving Audio Tour. You’re absolutely right—Arches is truly otherworldly, and allowing enough time makes all the difference. I’m glad the tour helped you experience the park’s incredible landscapes at your own pace. If you ever visit again or explore a new destination, check out my Ultimate Utah Bundle Self-Guided Driving Audio Tour, which includes tours of Zion, Bryce, Canyonlands, and Capitol Reef. Happy exploring!
Cheryl_P, Oct 2025
We love using self guided tours on Viator! They are very informative and lead us to viewing sites we would probably have missed. My only issue I had was I didn't realize I needed to download the Action Tour Guide app prior to starting tour. It didn't advise during purchase process or emails. Thankfully, we were close enough to visitor center for service. With that being said, the guide was fantastic and informative as always!
Response from Host, Oct 2025
Cheryl, I’m so glad to hear that you enjoyed using my Arches National Park Self-Guided Driving Audio Tour. I’m thrilled that the tour was informative and helped you discover new sights. I provide clear instructions for downloading and setting up the app after booking, which are also mentioned in both pre-purchase and post-purchase emails. If you ever visit again or explore a new destination, check out my Ultimate Utah Bundle Self-Guided Driving Audio Tour, which includes tours of Zion, Bryce, Canyonlands, and Capitol Reef. Happy exploring!
Nancyedwards, Oct 2025
App did not work. I felt it was not an app that told you about the various things to see in park, but was more like Waze which I already have.
Response from Host, Oct 2025
Nancy, thank you for your feedback. It seems you haven’t used the provided password yet. My app is a self-guided audio tour, and once you download the app and tour content, it works offline. You can start the tour from the beginning or anywhere along the route, and the audio stories will play automatically with GPS. Unlike Waze, which is a navigation app, our app offers detailed audio commentary. Our tours are valid for a year, so you have plenty of time to enjoy them. If you need a refund or replacement, feel free to contact me directly.
Pamela_V, Oct 2025
We did not get to do our tour due to the government shutdown. However we did drive into arches and saw a few arches.
Response from Host, Oct 2025
Pamela, I’m sorry to hear that the government shutdown impacted your visit to Arches National Park. I suggest checking the official NPS website before visiting to avoid this problem in the future. Don’t worry—my tour is valid for a year, so you can always come back when the park is open. If you don’t plan to return, I’d be happy to offer a replacement tour or process a refund. Feel free to reach out—I’m available daily from 9 to 6 EST to assist. Safe travels!
Aharon_S, Sep 2025
It was excellent! Emphasize downloading before trip to facilitate listening at the appropriate time. Looking forward to listening to others!
Response from Host, Sep 2025
Aharon, I’m so glad you enjoyed my Arches National Park audio tour. You’re absolutely right—downloading the tour before your trip makes the experience smoother and ensures the narration plays at the right times. I’m excited you’re looking forward to exploring more of my tours. If you ever visit again or explore a new destination, check out my Ultimate Utah Bundle Self-Guided Driving Audio Tour, which includes tours of Zion, Bryce, Canyonlands, and Capitol Reef. Happy exploring!
Lynda_H, Sep 2025
Allow an least 4-5 hrs. All day if you want to do longer walks - more than 30 mins. Great guidance on the Audio. Parking can be an issue but return trip gives a second opportunity.
Response from Host, Sep 2025
Lynda, I’m glad you enjoyed my Arches audio tour. It’s wonderful to hear that the guidance helped you plan your day, whether for a shorter drive or longer walks. I’m happy the return trip gave you a second chance at stops, and I appreciate your note about parking. If you ever visit again or explore a new destination, check out my Ultimate Utah Bundle Self-Guided Driving Audio Tour, which includes tours of Zion, Bryce, Canyonlands, and Capitol Reef. Happy exploring!
Arkadiy_K, Sep 2025
Audio Tour Guide is very convenient and useful application. I am glad that we used it on our tours to Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. It could be improved: in my opinion there is no need to repeat guide text on the way back. But over all this application is very helpful. Thank you.
Response from Host, Sep 2025
Arkadiy, I’m glad to hear you found my Arches and Canyonlands audio tour helpful! Some of my travelers enjoy listening to the stories on the way back as it helps reinforce the experience, but I appreciate your feedback, and I’ll pass it along to my team. If you plan to return to Utah, don’t miss my Ultimate Utah Bundle, which features Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, Zion, and more. Safe travels!
Steven_r, Sep 2025
You need a reservation and buying this tour did not cover that. it was a waste of money. came back aftr 4pm a d didn't need a reservation
Response from Host, Sep 2025
Steven, I do mention the reservation requirement separately—it's noted on the listing before booking and again after purchase. It appears that this may have been overlooked, which has caused some confusion. I always recommend making the reservation in advance to avoid any issues. Don’t worry, I’m here to help—feel free to reach out if you’d like assistance, a replacement tour for a different location, or a refund. I am available daily 9 to 6 EST.
Jamie_M, Aug 2025
We forgot to start it when we got first into the park, but it gives you excellent information. It tell you how far the hikes are which was great.
Response from Host, Aug 2025
Jamie, I’m glad to hear that you enjoyed my Arches audio tour and found the helpful information, especially the details about the hikes. If you forget to start it next time, don’t worry—just be sure to launch the app at the starting point, and it will pick up from there. Gail_B, Aug 2025
It was too hot for us to hike the trails so having the information given to us was very helpful. We enjoyed hearing the history of the arches.
Response from Host, Aug 2025
Gail, I’m so glad to hear you enjoyed the history of the arches and found my audio tour helpful. It’s great that the audio tour could enhance your experience, especially in the heat when hiking wasn’t an option. Jayne_M, Jul 2025

Response from Host, Jul 2025
Jayne, I’m so glad to hear you had a great experience with my Arches audio tour. It’s wonderful that the self-guided app worked perfectly for you and your car, allowing you to explore at your own pace. Velan_C, Jul 2025
If you have an android phone you have to disconnect your phone from the cars screen or you don't get sound. This was not clear in operating instructuons.
Response from Host, Jul 2025
Velan, I’d like to mention that my app currently doesn’t support CarPlay or Android Auto—you’ll need to connect your phone directly to the car stereo via Bluetooth or AUX. This information is included in both the email instructions and the listing, but it appears that step might have been missed. That said, I’m actively working on adding CarPlay and Android Auto support soon. I appreciate you pointing this out and hope you’ll give the tour another try in the future.
Kimber_C, Jun 2025

Renny_K, Jun 2025
The program just started, went for two seconds and then repeated. I tried several times to reboot but only got the same result.
Response from Host, Jun 2025
Renny, I’m sorry to hear my app didn’t work as expected. From what I can see, it appears that the password was never redeemed, which may indicate that a different app was launched by mistake. If you can share a bit more detail, I’d be happy to help get you set up with the correct tour. And if you’re no longer at the park, I can offer a replacement or refund—whichever works best for you. I’m available daily from 9 to 6 to assist!
Wendy_S, May 2025

Linda_J, Apr 2025
The app was totally worth the money. I loved how it started as we drove into the area. But definitely use the pause feature if you’re getting out & hiking. We had to restart and kind of lost our olace

Eric_C, Jan 2025
I’ve never done a self-guided audio tour so my expectations were somewhat low for this experience. Very quickly I realized how great the guided experience was. The hands free approach of the app makes it very easy to listen to the tour and get directions through the park without many distractions. I spent very little time fidgeting with my phone trying to ensure the right audio clips would play at the right time since the app takes care of the for you. I would definitely suggest having a windshield mount for your phone to allow easily following directions. Since I borrowed a rental car to visit the park, this was one thing I neglected to think about. Regardless, my experience on this self-guided tour went amazing.
Response from Host, Jan 2025
Eric, I’m thrilled you loved my Arches National Park Self-Guided Driving Audio Tour. I’m so glad the hands-free audio made it easy to listen and follow directions without distractions and that you found it helpful not to fidget with your phone while driving. A windshield mount is an excellent tip for rental cars. Mary_N, Jan 2025
We felt we learned more about the park than we otherwise would have. We did loose the commentary with the linked map access a few times.
Response from Host, Jan 2025
Mary, I’m glad my Arches National Park Self-Guided Driving Audio Tour helped you learn more about the park and enhanced your experience. If the commentary dropped, it might have been because you went off-route. Next time, try following the speed limit and starting from the designated point for seamless audio. If you plan to visit more of Utah's national parks, Check out my Ultimate Utah Bundle Self-Guided Driving Audio Tour, which includes Zion, Canyonlands, and more for breathtaking national park experiences. Happy travels!
Elaine_C, Jan 2025
The”automatic” narration for the next stop didI not work. The “dot” that tracks you stayed in one location.
It was very disappointing and extremely frustrating.
Response from Host, Jan 2025
Elaine, I'm sorry to hear about the trouble during your Arches National Park tour. The audio stories are designed to activate automatically when you start at the designated point. Issues may arise if there's a deviation from the path or manual operation. A quick restart usually fixes this, and our support team is here to help. Remember, your tour is valid for a year after booking, so you have plenty of time to experience it again!

What a great and informative way to tour Arches National Park. Interesting facts as you drive along that you wouldn’t know about otherwise. Loved the sound effects and suggestions to pull off for a hike, long or short, for the best views. Also appreciated areas for picnic tables and restrooms. Second tour we’ve taken (Zion and Bryce last week) and equally as good. Would highly recommend for those who don’t necessarily want to hike but appreciate the views. Thanks again!
