This experience pulled us out of our comfort zone in a very exciting way! Brandy’s (the guide) calm demeanor soothed the most terrified member of our family! 😊 In the end, this adventure allowed us to experience amazing views of Moab so worth it!!! Do it- you will not regret it!

The most fun we had in Moab and that’s saying a lot. Our guide Jeff was friendly and knows the trails like the back of his hand. He kept us safe and we had a blast! Definitely recommend this company!

The ATV tour itself was great. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and did a good job, and the scenery around Moab is absolutely spectacular. The trails and views made for a memorable experience.
Unfortunately, the customer service and reservation process left a lot to be desired. Communication with administration was difficult, and once you book, it seems very hard to make any modifications or get clear answers about your reservation.
One area that was particularly confusing was the ATV booking structure. We were surprised to learn that when one person books an adventure, they receive their own ATV, but when a reservation is made for three people, the entire group shares a single ATV. This policy was not clear to us and did not seem especially fair.
I would also recommend that staff be more careful with microphone use. After we respectfully expressed confusion about the ATV booking, we could hear the tour guide discussing and complaining about our situation with administration over the microphone. That was unprofessional and uncomfortable for everyone involved.
Overall, the tour itself was beautiful and Moab is incredible, but the customer service and reservation experience significantly detracted from an otherwise enjoyable outing.

Thanks for this fair review. I do believe our tours are really good as well and I am sorry about the confusion regarding you thinking you would get 3 UTV's with the one booking. We haven't had this problem before as it states 1 UTV is provided for your party and it holds up to 4 people. I will make sure this is even more clear in the future. I was more than willing to try and accommodate your requests for you to all have your own UTV, but like I explained on the phone it would have to be at a different time slot as we are bound by rules from the Bureau of Land Management, in the amount of UTV's that can follow behind a guide at one time. I am sorry we couldn't make this work out for you. It's unfortunate if you heard my daughter call me partially crying saying she felt like you were trying to bully her into giving you 3 UTV's. We will try and do better and I am truly sorry for your confusion on the booking process.
This was a very intense trip but our guide Caleb ensured our safety. We were a girls group of 4 in their 40’s.

We booked this trip last minute and I’m so glad we did it. My husband really wanted an atv adventure while we were in Moab, but it’s not something I really enjoy. I am so glad we booked this and our guide Brandie was AMAZING! This was my favorite adventure besides hiking while we were there. I will definitely book with Brandie again next time we are in town.

Great Experience. Jeff was a great guide. There was a long line in the place next door and we were able to walk right up to 5 Star. Jeff explained everything we needed to know to keep us safe and then we took off. It was a great experience. I would definitely recommend them and would absolutely do it again.

Brandi was incredible and a great guide. She is a native to the area and is very helpful. We made sure to follow her and her directions and had a great time. The views were spectacular and the drive was amazing.

Not for the faint of heart. Some one with UTV experience to drive. It is something i have never experienced

We had a wonderful experience. The trek up the mountain trails were thrilling with breathtaking scenery at the stops. The first was called 'Chicken Ridge', get passed it and you will be fine the rest of the trip. Navigation by an experienced guide (Brandi) in constant communication via headsets helped us get through some treacherous spots. It was very exciting and is a must do. If you are going to pick any of the UTV tours in Moab, pick this one! First off, unlike all the other tours each person is given a headset so that throughout the tour the guide can not only walk you through how to navigate the terrain but also to give you interesting facts about the landscape around you as you drive. We were fortunate enough to receive Don as our tour guide (who we were hoping for after other reviews) and it was easy to tell right off the bat why people rave about him! He was knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and gave us the full experience. We had mentioned a specific picture spot we had seen on other reviews as well as the sunset and he made sure to include both in the tour just for us. He was more than willing to take pictures and answer questions and I can’t say enough good things about him as a guide! We have spent a lot of time hiking several national parks and have done horseback rides and other adventures but this one I can easily say is the best bang for your buck. You won’t find a better experience for the price point and what is included. Easily one of the best parts of our trip!

We had an absolute blast on the Hell's Revenge 4x4 Off-Road Tour with Moab Grand Tours! The entire experience exceeded our expectations. The vehicle handled every obstacle with ease, and it was incredible to see what these machines are capable of on the slickrock.
Our guide made several stops along the way so we could take photos, enjoy the amazing scenery, and even check out real dinosaur tracks, which was such a unique bonus.
Best of all, this tour was perfect for my 7-year-old daughter. She had so much fun from start to finish and couldn't stop talking about the steep climbs and exciting descents. It was adventurous without ever feeling unsafe.
If you're visiting Moab and looking for an unforgettable off-road experience that's great for both adults and kids, I highly recommend Moab Grand Tours. We would definitely do it again!

One of the best tours I've ever been on. Was an absolutely amazing experience and Don was the best! We have a Jeep, a 12-in lifted truck, jet skis motorcycles and have been riding dirt bikes and racing our entire lives. Lives. This was one of the coolest experiences ever.

We had Don for our trip, super entertaining tour guide who talked to us through radios as we followed. We learned tons of desert facts and safely navigated hell's revenge while driving our own UTVs! I would highly recommend this to anyone who likes offroading but doesn't have a rig themselves.
