- Tour roads are 2WD-friendly; some optional side-trips require 4WD/high clearance
- Hikes range from shaded forest trails to exposed desert — check the itinerary to plan accordingly
- Pack water — access is limited once the tour begins; a few restaurant options near the end
- Film buffs: Moab Museum of Film and Western Heritage features movie props and local film history — $15 admission (free for hotel guests)
- Families: Bull Canyon Overlook has theropod dinosaur footprints — note there are no guardrails near the drop-off, supervise kids closely ••••••

We were unable to complete. The la sal mountain loop road was closed. We were excited to start but unable.

Didn’t work for us. Got us off in wrong direction. Voice went in and out. Ended up finding our own way and simply driving through the park.
