The Kat’s Pajamas

bsolutely amazing four-hour canyoneering of Bow and Arrow! Our guide Kat was knowledgeable, fun, and great with our nine and twelve-year olds. She helped all of us first-time rappellers safely down four fantastic descents, including two with a little free fall. The hike to to rappelling locations was stunning with history (Dino tracks and petroglyphs), beautiful wild flowers, and pictures-perfect vistas. If you are in Moab, canyoneering is a must, and if you’re really lucky, you might get to go with Kat!

Sean was an awesome guide. Very patient. We were novices. He calmed us down and we had experiences that pushed us out of our comfort zones. This was a blast; even our kids that were scared of heights said it was blast. This is our favorite excursion of our trip thus far.
