Good food and some history thrown in during the this walking tour was a great way to get to know St. Paul. We really enjoyed our time with tour guide Kim!

One of the best food and history tours we’ve taken. Highly recommend. Kim was a great tour guide. So glad we did this.

It was a pleasant...

It was a pleasant enjoyable walk around downtown St Paul. We always enjoy hearing of the history that formed the city. The chocolate shop and the candy shop and the Somalian diner were hits…we skipped out on the last two stops because when we saw the riverboats we remembered we had ridden them 45 years ago on our honeymoon, so skipped so we could catch them. We enjoyed Kim, our guide.

Walk and eat your way through downtown St Paul!

This walking tour was masterfully curated! Jonas a wealth of knowledge and a delightful guide. I mean, we started with chocolate it JUST DOESN'T get better than that! I love the inclusivity of diverse cuisines. I walked 7777 steps so be mindful you WILL walk off your calories consumed. Great small group setting.

Wonderful architectural tour of these grand old homes.

I spent a delightful afternoon with Doug, the tour guide, exploring the magnificent historic homes on Summit Avenue. A wonderful introduction into the people who made St Paul grand.

Yayyyyyy St. Paul

Met out guide (Kim) at the designated time and location. She explained the tour and the stops we were going to experience. Consisted of a chocolate tasting (including sipping chocolate and truffles) Somolian food, Chicago popcorn and then a variety of craft beers with 3 large pizzas to snack on. Hand sanitizer was provided at every stop as well. Our group was 10 people total and it seemed everyone enjoyed all aspects and offerings. Kim grew up in St. Paul and was able to discuss its history and pointed out many sights along the tour. She seemed to love talking about the city and enjoyed conducting the tours. Very relaxed and easy going as well. My gf and I enjoyed the 3 hours, her more for the chocolate and me for the beer. Overall a great experience with some good convo and laughs with the others.

much more walking than advertised

DrDean_W, Sep 2019
I was interested in this tour because it said there was very little walking, and as I have sever neuropathy in my feet, and it ended at my hotel, it sounded like the perfect storm. The guide was very good, and the food was fine, but the walking was way more than I anticipated, and my feet are really hurting still. It's not the guide's fault, but whoever put the tour online should be more precise in the description for people like me.

Great time and great food !

Michele_P, Jul 2018
We enjoyed a fun afternoon with Tim, our guide, going to several interesting and yummy places . . . a one-off chocolate factory, a Japanese restaurant where we tried a flight of different sakes, an exceptional African place, a fabulous cheese curds and beer stop and Candyland (okay but of the four, the least favorite). Tim is entertaining and a wealth of information...and trivia. Everyone was friendly; the walk wasn't difficult and the food was really tasty!
